This looks like a pretty good list.

I think the list is garbage.
The point of the list in theory is the team with the best overall draft class, from top to bottom. Not based on getting one really good player. I agree with the Saints being number 1 but teams like the Colts and Titans shouldn't be on there. The Colts got Addai but other than that who else in the draft was worth mentioning? Same with the Titans. They got Young but who else. One pick shoudn't earn you a spot on the list.
Ryan O Callaghan please?
Anyways, Gostkowski and O Callaghan would be my candiates for Pats rookie of the year with Maroney close behind. I guess I just havent been used to seeing 50 yarders booted for a while.
Pats 8th best in league - per this assessment.
Because of Gost ... KoolAid ... Wendy's.
If I have a problem with the list, it's that they should be working on grading 2004 about now. It takes that long to really know (especially, in most cases, at receiver.)
You don't really want to know the patsies' grade for the 2004 draft, do you?
Hint: it ain't good.
p.s.: how good would this '06 draft look if Mark Anderson, or Dawan Landry, were chosen instead of TE/FB/HB/?? Garrett Mills?
If used correctly, Mills is going to be a very good player. He's a jack of all trades and will be a monster for us. I know monster is a reach, so i'll take that back, but he is a very serviceable blocker, has great hands, can run the ball out of the backfield and has a good attitude. Of course, I dont know what the pats FO thinks, but I watched him alot in college, and just feel he can pan out real well for us as our X-factor.
Mills would have been gone by the Mincey pick. If we still had the late fifth we traded for Andre Davis, maybe we could have gotten both Mills and Landry.I have no problem with the selection of Mills; I, too, hope that he can become a multi-dimensional offensive threat (and perhaps future long-snapper?). I just would have waited until the 6th round to select him, esp. since Dave Thomas had just been chosen near the end of the 3rd round. Mills was usually listed as a FB (other times as a TE), and FBs tend to be selected much later (6th-7th) in the draft.
