New England Patriots Tight End Aaron Hernandez in Trouble?

The Gronk is not the only show in town for the Patriots. In fact, I would go as far as to say that he owes a lot of his success to the other--quieter--tight end on the Patriots squad, Aaron Hernandez. Both are top notch, No. 1 options for a passing game. When they are actually healthy and on the field at the same time matching up with them defensively is challenging to say the least.

If a certain situation that Hernandez is embroiled in does not get cleared up who knows if the dynamic duo will be putting their wonder twin powers together next season.

TerezOwens.com has posted a short story that alludes to the possibility that Hernandez may have a legal issue brewing in regards to some incident involving a gun/shooting. There is not much to go on right now with the story, but Terez was able to come across the following letter from a lawyer to Hernandez...

(Link deleted due to personal information cited)

This could turn into a mess for the young tight end and the New England Patriots.

If this were legitimate, then there'd be police involved, not some random guy's lawyer. Screams money-grab to me, especially with how the lawyer would rather settle than go to court.

I'm calling BS, and I hope Hernandez goes after them for defamation.

Sorry, the page you were looking for in this blog does not exist.

That's what it says when you follow the link

Money grab and lawyers? No way!... :D

He needs to get in touch with Aqib Talib's lawyer. That dude is a legend. I don't think Talib has never been found guilty of anything. Like was the whole "punched a cab driver" thing a misunderstanding?

Shakedown.....

Terez Owens? Now we know why TO has been linked to the Patriots !

Is FatManWriting an affiliate of Erika Leigh?

I am not a lawyer, and I am sure the lawyers on this site can answer this better. But that is the type of letter you send in a civil case no?. Ie: Just before suing someone.

He's only 'in trouble' when he's been charged with something.

At least as far as what would concern me.

Ugh. That letter, presumably, lists Aaron Hernandez's home address. That sucks. I did a near-google search and I got as far as "22 r-o-n..." and google automatically filled in the address; which means it has been heavily searched. I didn't click on it; I'd feel bad.

It's pretty nice. Big house. He has a pool.

Nothing in their backgrounds indicate they are anything more than slip 'n fall guys. I wouldn't worry about this.
And hey, now we have one of the lawyers' cell phone numbers.

I know an Alex Bradley...

Smells like bull****.

BS...BS...BS (chant)

How they hell did that crap site get a hold of that letter? That's the most disturbing part. Reminds of the Randy Moss "consensual horseplay" scandal... what a cluster**** that was.

This lawyer's letter is just a brushback, and nothing more. He's testing the waters to see if AH will simply pay up to make it all go away.

Hopefully, Aaron won't give this guy a single penny of Danegeld, because once you do that, then the sharks will be smelling blood in the water and they'll never stop hounding him.

Horseplay? I don't want to even know.
