169. T.J. Barnes DT Georgia Tech
226. Jason Weaver OT Southern Mississippi
235. Stansly Maponga DE TCU

Nice work. The 1st round is a little more trade happy than recent history suggests. I'd be happy with Keenan Allen and Eric Reid in the 2nd but at the same time I'd be sad we passed on a shot at Kawaan Short :(

I'd definitely want more than that to move back from 29 to 33. A fifth and a sixth isn't enough, even though it's such a small move. Maybe a future third or something. Not a fan or Reid or Mathieu that high, but that's nothing major.

1st off, mad props for doing a mock draft. This year it is extremely tough to put together a mock draft with all the uncertainty.

I would hope the pats could get a little more to move down, but you just never know.

Nice work

Good job man. I just don't see Allen falling to #33

Good job man. I just don't see Allen falling to #33

I can - he hasn't even tested yet and when he does, he likely won't be that fast. Teams have got to be a little worried about this lingering injury of his.

Well, overall a nice job. I particularly like the top 5. #6 is where I have a slight problem. Guards just don't go that high. I don't think one has ever gone that high. Last year, DeCastro was called the best guard prospect in years and the safest, if not best, pick in the draft, and lasted until the mid-20s. I cannot imagine a rebuilding team like the Titans using all that captial to trade up to get him at 6. I can't even imagine them standing pat and taking him at #10. Likewise, Cooper at #11. Unless a team takes him as a left tackle, it's not happening.

The Steelers do need at least one linebacker, but their usual MO is to take less-heralded guys in the 2-4th rounds who are better system fits, and not so much big names.

This is the first time I've seen Damontre Moore suggested as a 3-4 OLB. That's hard for me to see.

I do love the players you drafted for the Patriots with the first three selections, without knowing who the other options would have been.

Great effort!

This bothers me as well. The injury happened in November and we are now into April. It leads me to wonder wtf is going on inside that knee of his? Do the doctors even know? Did they scope around in there to see if the MRI missed something?

If the injury nevered happened he is probably a top 15 pick. It's a lot to think about. But I'm sure the Pats will do there homework and medical on the guy.
