Did anyone see Boston Legal last night? After being acquited in a case in which he was charged with violating medical waste disposal laws, Denny Crane (William Shatner) says to the (losing) DA, "Look at the LT pout. Blame it on our head coach, sport!"

Best line in an otherwise mediocre subplot.

I've never watched that show, but that's frickin' hilarious.

I almost couldn't believe I heard what I heard - I couldn't believe the writers would take a shot at a public figure like that... but there was no doubt about it, he said "LT pout" and "Blame it on our head coach, sport!" After a moment of shock and surprise, I burst out laughing out loud!

I am actually surprised no one else here heard it (or at least no one else has said so yet). If you have it TIVO'd, go back and watch the last 10 minutes of the show. It was a riot!

I love this show, and while sometimes the show is a hit or miss, it isn't because it isn't trying. Its produced by Boston native David Kelly, and it often has a few local references that only "locals" will understand.

As for the LT comment, I have found there are always at least 2 lines in every show they do that makes you either laugh out loud, or go..."wow". Check it out.

I was surprised they film these series so soon before airing. It's only been a month or so since the whole LT flap.

After Denny was acquited he said to Alan that they would celebrate with some Scotch. Then the DA came over and called them "classless" because that they were "celebrating in court". Thats when Denny mocked the LT pout and said they learned it from their coach. It was pretty funny.

I don't watch the show either, but that is friggin' awesome!
