I can't get over Welker? I have been stating the offense needs to move in a different direction from him since last years Super Bowl and have been called an idiot for that. The problem is you paid a brittle version of him the same as you would have had to to keep him.

I don't like the fact that Kraft now came and brought this to the media, which could jeopardize negotiations with other patriots that share Welker's agent (dennard for one).

But I have moved on. No use crying over spilled milk. Let's hope Amendola stays healthy, because he could be a hell of a receiver.

I thought it was in poor taste to kill that agent we have a lot of guys repped by him. Even more important than Dennard is Solder you don't wanna have a pissed off agent negotiating for the guy who protects the Franchise and is already going to be a tough negotiation because of how much left tackles get.

Also offhandedly calling Amendola "Alternate 2" would piss me off if I was Danny. Really that was Kraft wearing his fan hat and not thinking. I bet Bill is wondering what the hell is going on when he sees that clip.

Try not to waste your time on pissing matches, and stick to real football discussioins.
Its really hard to let the ignorant posts stand without rebuttal, but its a smarter way to use the board.
