It seems more and more likely that the Broncos are going to cut him loose due to his prohibitive cap number...if/when he hits the open market, would you want to see the Pats try and grab him for a fair deal? If so, what would you, the armchair GM offer? Obviously the Pats are now built more for a 4-3 look, but still go multiple looks depending on the opponent and situation, and even in a "down" year, he posted double digit sacks (11 if I can add correctly). Discuss minions :snob:

Can he rush the passer? :p;):singing:

Overrated...would pass unless the money is right.

Maybe for 3-4 million.

I wouldn't say he's overrated, just not worth what he's making right now. He's put up 37 1/2 sacks the past 3 season, and i'm pretty sure he might be a midget. How much would you be willing to spend, per season or total?

Probably on his way to San Fran

Completely 1-dimensional and likely to get overpaid by someone based on his name recognition and gaudy sack numbers.

Pass.

Isn't that 1 dimension we desperately need? ;) Not trying to be condescending, just seems like it'd be worth exploring unless, as you state, somebody overpays.

His agent must have the Bills on speed dial.

Yeah, he is what this team needs. It's not just about the sacks it's about the pressures. Does he force the QB to do things differently? Does he keep the QB contained on his side so he is not taking off for a first down or extending the play?

That price tag is formidable and I'd say not happening.
