The Incredibly Consistent Patriots Offense (2010-2012)

Reading that article with reams of stats is painful, like nails on a chalkboard.

Especially that damn stat of averaging 26.7 points per game during the playoffs. That's one skewed number due to the Tebow game.
Another one is "Pats score less than 20 only 11% of their games" when you group in regular & post season.

Man, talk about twisting the knife. Where's the faceplant icon?:bricks:

Yep, well, it's kind of hard laying out a statistical case for something without, you know, including statistics.

Great REGULAR season offense, just like the 1999-2003 Colts w/Peyton Manning. Same results come playoff time, getting smashed in the mouth by physical teams. We've become the team we used to make fun of from 2001-2004. A finesse wussy team. I have no problem having the lowest scoring team in football, as long as we smash other teams in the mouth and become a mean surly defense again. I know we came 2 minutes away from having 2 more Lombardis, but that smash mouth defense wasn't there to stop the Giants offense both times.

A two TE offense, that ran for 2000+ yards, where your top pass catchers are Gronk and Welker is....a finesse "wussy" team?

Yeah. Ok, buddy.
