Ravens got away with murder, repeatedly. 49 on the niners gets mugged up the middle. No defensive hosting at the end. Plenty of other extra curricular bs was let go early, when Baltimore was building a lead. Said it had way through the first to the wife, there will be a bs call that decides the game. Niners got held all game long.

And no flag on the kicker for throwing the ball back to the ref?

Cary Williams deserves to be suspended week 1 next season to make up for not getting ejected tonight.

And Bernard Pollard still deserves to be on a rocket to Alpha Centauri.

That the guy who shoved the ref five yards while they let the rat birds establish control of the game above the refs in the first half?

Omg who cares, Baltimore won woopty doo, there going to be absolutely bungaloo next season and were going to open the season in Balt smashing their *****ass-es

They missed Ed Reed jumping offside on a huge play, but they didn't miss Aldon Smith jumping offside.

How big was Ed Reed jumping offside?

The 9ers should have had another chance for 3 or 4 points right there. And the 9ers are then kicking a field goal at the very end.

That non-call on Reed was HUGE.

49ers came back and choked at the end

end of story

great great game!

The officiating seemed ok, until they blew it at the end. If the coach is yelling about his WR being held, at least go take another look at the footage and make the right call. It's the Superbowl for crying out. The refs bet on this game big time.

This made nba officiating seem impartial. I'm done with football and Herr Goodell. If only there was some sort alternative to the best game on earth. Maybe I'll start watching college ball much closer...

So many flaws today by the refs:

1) Offside on Ed Reed on the 2-point conversion attempt.
2) Holding on Crabtree.
3) Holding on the guy trying to tackle the punter on the intentional safety (wouldn't make a different IMO).
4) Cary Williams shoving a ref, and not getting the unsportmanlike conduct flag and ejection.

Not to mention the helmet hit to crab tree on the 3rd and 10 on the last drive. Freaking helmet hunting ravens. Hate these bastards

I really didnt see all these terrible calls. The last call was mutual. Crabtree ran into him. If that was a Pats defender and they threw the flag we all would saying "ahhh man let them play" thats what they did they let them play. Im fine with it.

Seemed like blatant pass interference by the Ravens in the end zone to me. If that had been a Pats DB you can say with absolute certainty that a flag would have come out.

If you think the NFL is a hot mess, you're bound to be disappointed with college football unless you have a dog in the race.

Did he shove a ref? Thought I saw that but they never replaced it

Are you serious about the Crabtree call? Crabtree ran towards him to set up the corner route and as he was making a break to the corner, he got molested, not held, but MOLESTED with no call....These are "supposed" to be the best of the best officials with the head linesman looking right at it and doesn't throw the flag.....There is no way this game wasn't fixed....I am an official and I definitely would of thrown that flag albeit even if the pats were playing, it was blatant in the Super Bowl, IT HAS TO BE THROWN....

There was an article written last week that didn't get nearly enough play. About how NFL VP Ray Anderson has taken control over on the refereeing front over the last few years and how Jerome Bogger was hand picked to ref this game by wiping out all the dings on his in season record (and he had so many he wouldn't have gotten a playoff game) on appeal so as to make him the highest rated ref on the season. The other refs are sick over it.

Still, had Harbaugh and his OC not lost their minds in the last 2 minutes they'd have won that game. Out thinking themselves. Just run the damn ball in 4 down territory with 2 minutes to go.

Yes, he definitely did. I was amazed the ref didn't throw a flag. Lloyd got called for just throwing the ball to the ref when he wasn't quite ready. This was a hard shove followed by very heated words. I really expected an unsportsmanlike conduct call.

I also thought the 5 yard penalty for roughing the kicker should have been the 15 yard variety for unnecessary roughness.
