Let's talk about Aaron Hernandez

plenty?

Calvin Johnson is arguably one, at 6'5" 236, vs. Aaron 6'1" 245.

Vincent Jackson is listed at 6'5', 230.

Plaxico Burress was listed at 6'5", 232.

Several WRs top Aaron in height but I am not aware of any at all that are listed at both a higher height and a higher weight.

Aaron would be one of the largest WRs in the NFL if he played there full time.

Ok true. I thought of those three guys off the top of my head, and there are other big receivers like Dwayne Bowe (6'2", 221), Anquan Boldin (6'1", 220), Andre Johnson (6'3", 220), Marques Colston (6'5", 225), Dez Bryant (6'2", 225), Larry Fitzgerald (6'3", 225), Brandon Marshall (6'4 1/2", 230), etc.

Stop no ones trading Hernandez. I cant wait till next season when Gronk and him are healthy the entire season and make mince meat of the opponents defense.

If they stay healthy, I'm sure they will. Unfortunately, we can't take that as a given.

Yeah well we cant assume hes going to get injured again either. Have to think positive its the off-season everyones healthy. Were going to have vastly the same offense again this upcoming season again so lets hope they stay healthy.

When healthy, he is 1a or 1b with Gronk as a receiver. He was never more than 75% healthy after week 2. He is untouchable, in my view.

I still think the 2 TE system we have with Gronk and Hernandez is harder to stop if say we had 2 receivers at the level of Gronk and Hernandez because they lineup against linebackers and safteys and are too big for corners to cover. Yes they arent down the field burners but whens the last time you saw Brady throw a ball down the field 35 plus yards accurately?

Trading Hernandez would cost the Pats right around $10M against the cap, I believe. Not happening.
