A Jet speechless?
Looking out the window for pigs flying.

absolutely no chance he can go back now..bridge is burned...bye revis

jets forum LOL

This is not an even trade by any stretch of the imagination, Revis and MJD don't even belong in the same sentence, We are gonna trade a future hall of famer and the best Jet since namath and a Superbowl MVP for a beat up runningback. **** a draft pick i want proven players for Revis, Id think about Megatron and a second rounder....

yeah megatron :rolleyes::rolleyes:

Did they forget Revis is no longer a known quantity and is coming off an ACL tear?

Plus it's the final year of his contract and will probably want to be the highest paid defensive player ever after that.

Don't think so
Comming off an ACL tear???
Wanting a new highest paid contract?

Talib has more juice

Ok you're delusional.. Talib has more what?

ACL tear is not a huge deal in this day as age..

Not that I think he'd ever be a Patriot but come on let's not act like he we'd be better off without the best CB since Deion Sanders..

If the Patriots wanted him it would probably have to involve a 3-way trade with some NFC team so that probably isn't going to happen.

Imagine if Seattle got him

It would be huge if the Pats ever got this guy.

It bothers me that the Patriots won't really trade for or sign big name guys. The only way they get a superstar is if they draft them or get one that's washed up in hopes they'll revive him.

Please bring this guy here somehow! Not only is he an unbelievable talent but he seems like such a chill guy inside & out the locker room.

Trade our 2014 1st rounder, Vereen and LLoyd for him (inb4 people calling me crazy lol)

I'm just dreaming. But I would be the first to get this guy's jersey if he came here.

And the patriots could welcome him.

Revis for a 1st and second round pick sounds fair.

do you really think they would trade him in the division..let alone to the pats? I want what you are smoking

I agreed 100% till I saw how pissed Revis is. Now I think he could force the Jets hand a little bit so there is a slight possibility it could happen. Still highly unlikely but if Revis refused to sign a long term deal with any other team it would sink his value to a 2nd or 3rd round pick as a 1 year rental.

i will give the jets a better chance of getting 12 wins this upcoming year then revis in a pats uniform

I agree I'm just saying him being mad improves the chances for 0.01% to 1%.

Champ Bailey in his prime netted Portis and a 2nd. We could offer Ridley which is the young RB that Rex lusts for, Dowling or Dennard a CB with upside and our 1st rounder. That could be the best offer and if they're planning on rebuilding why do they care if we improve in the short term?
