When the replacement refs blew the Ravens FG call by calling it good in week 3 with the 31-30 loss (which most of us saw as clearly wide right),I thought it might have ended up as a crucial loss going into the playoffs because I knew these teams would meet again in January because both teams were obvious playoff teams, even back then.

I thought that game was going to be the difference because we were going to have to play at Baltimore in the playoffs, but justice ended up paying us back with the home game after Baltimore blew its 2 game lead over NE and its #2 seed.

Am I the only Patriots fan that didn't think the FG was missed?

It's a huge break to be home and not in Bmore. Only problem is, as evidenced yesterday that may not stop the refs from trying to screw us again.

You are not...I mean, it was really, really close. One of those "too tough to overrule" - especially based on the evidence in that gif. There's a ref right under the upright, I'm assuming he had a better view than I did. Again, can't guarantee it was the right call but certainly can't guarantee it was the wrong one.

I think it's irrelevant because there were so many shoddy calls earlier in the game that the FG shouldn't have been the difference. I legitimately think the Pats win by at least 10 with competent refs.

Regular refs call that wide right IMO...

It was seen on more than one occasion in those replacement refs games that they were intimidated by the home team and fans.....See Green bay/Seattle for example

There was a ref that had a clear view of the GB/Seattle jump ball but they still messed it up.

It's not justice till we pound that team and break its back with a blowout, signaling the end for that defense.

Ray will be gone and Reed hopefully with us or with retired as well.

They'll be a shell next year and I want us to be the death knell for that punk team. Too bad Edelman isn't around to catch a few balls in Webster's face. Still can't believe that OPI after the CB was literally punching Edelman.
