We need to beat 2 teams that lost 3 of their last 4 game in the regular season.
I guess we will see if peaking in December matters.

Ravens, based on the last two games, look like they have righted the ship a bit. Of course, Pats are a higher quality opponent.

Texans didn't scare me with performance against Bengals but every game is a different story, as BB would say. Only one game today, though.

What happened in the regular season has zero correlation to what happens in the playoffs.

That is why I'm still scared of this game.

AFC is still wide open for the three remaining teams. No single team is a far-and-away favorite.

...thank goodness we're not in the NFC. Some strong teams over there.

When do you get the point that the only thing that matters is making the playoffs....every team is 0-0 and nothing else matters.

However you finish the season does not mean anything,it's just getting in and playing like it means life or death as a group, that's what gets you championships, not winning streaks as Denver should have shown you.

Ask Denver how finishing strong in December worked out for them.

Is your post a joke?

Were you living in a cave yesterday?

There are different aspects to "peaking in December," as we saw with the Texans and Bronco's. Like most teams before them the Bronco's were unable to run out a long winning streak in the regular season to a SB championship. That's not unusual and in fact is the norm, teams simply don't run off 13-14 game winning streaks to a title very often, so the fact that they were unbeaten in December didn't so much mean that they were peaking. The Texans in the other hand needed wins to get the bye and couldn't get them against teams they should have beaten, Minny and Indy, and that's the mark of a team that is slumping.

This guy (see link) needs to bring his game to another level (A+), that's all i can say, and he knows it, and the whole team knows it. He got the answer to the SB.

Good luck.

Slumping in December could affect your seeding or even making the playoffs, but if you get in and play to near perfection,it doesn't matter what seed you are or where you play, the hungriest team almost always wins.

The Giants of 2007 and the Steelers of 2005 are Prime examples of having more faith in yourselves as a team and more desire to win than your opponent and routinely produces championships.

The Pats as a complete team must have to WANT IT MORE than the others to win it all,do they have it?,we will see.
