INDY or Baltimore?

I still don't want to face Houston

This is a tough one...

It Doesn't Matter who we play in two weeks (channeling the rock)

Ravens. They are a well-understood quantity.

Doesn't matter because we only lost to Baltimore by a missed FG and replacement refs, killed Indy. And broncos aren't as good as us and we saw the texans a few weeks ago. IMO when we are healthy this division game and championship game we can win the Super Bowl. Just play fast and smart and we usually win.

Out of those 4 easy, the Colts. Rookie QB on the road. That's a no brainer.

Did not the Patriots put up 50 + points on Indy last month? Definitely the Colts between the two IMO.

We want to face the Texans and send Indy to Denver. Can you imagine the psychological impact on Peyton having to play his old team? The media would swoon, and the Pats would be comfortably out of the limelight.

This! I think Andrew Luck is mobile enough to cause the Denver D all sorts of problems.

Are we assuming that CIN will beat HOU?

If HOU wins, they're who the Pats will play.

The Colts are a young team with nothing to lose. I think the Pats could handle them, but they have the potential to cause some upsets.

Doesn't matter. However, I would like Broncos to play either Colts or Ravens.

Doesn't matter. I'm not even worried about Houston either, its not going to be another 2010 playoff thing again because Houston is really a flawed team, add to that they are facing the Patriots with both TEs healthy. Colts aren't going to be much of a challenge, but the Ravens concern me the most, just because of the fact that they always play the Patriots tough.

I wouldn't mind seeing Baltimore go out to Dnever and beat up the Broncos a bit. I just see Indy's secondary being shredded by Manning on the road and I don't think Cincy wins in Houston.

The criminals..ie. the Ravens; Logan Mankins has a score to settle with them...

The Ravens won the first game on the strength some dubious officiating. They will not get that luxury this time.

The Cincy vs Houston is one tricky game. I know Houston will be favored. But it can go either way. I think the Ravens will beat the Colts & meet Denver in the Divisional round. I can almost gaurentee you the Ravens will play a lot better than they did in week 15.

A lot of people are rightfully down on the Texans but I would be shocked if they lose at home to Cincy. The first game the Patriots will play is Houston.

As for Indy v Balt? Outdoors, national stage, rookie QB, poor rush D, physical Baltimore team........Luck is a good story but too many factors are working against Indy. Expect Baltimore v Denver. And in that game if Baltimore can't beat 'em? Please at least beat the crap out of 'em! :D

Have you seen Houston play lately? They are terrible.

That cincy dline is awesome and will give schaub big problems.

Maybe but Marvin Lewis is a not a great head coach. Even Chad Ochocinco thinks so.

Doesn't matter since the pats should beat everyone

I would like to see the pats pummel the ravens

Hey, don't mistake my prediction as any sort of love for Houston. They have played down to a level that is not good when you consider they carried the title of best team in the AFC about 5 weeks ago.

With that said, IMHO, home field is the big difference maker here (as it was in the recent Houston-Indy series). Another item that made me like Houston's chances was a blurb I saw about Cincy having a poor third down conversion rate. That is a stat that always worries me about an O (though in fairness to Cincy, I haven't seen them play much). And while Cincy's Dline is very good, Houston has a good Dline too (their Dline hasn't been the problem has it?). Bottom line as I see it: Houston has a decent rushing game, decent ability to stop the run and they can rush the passer. When you add in home field advantage it makes me believe Houston will win this one. The caveat is Houston leaving everything they got on the field (one of the more troubling aspects to Houston has been what seems like a lack of fight). But I gotta believe a playoff game in front of the home town crowd will bring out everything they got....

I just did a quick search and saw the early Vegas line is -5. I actually like Cincy if I'm getting 5....:)
