Big Story today was losing Ninkovich, but having Francis and Scott step up with 4 sacks (combines) was ridiculously good.

Gronk returning and being rusty.. but not rusty enough to not snag a 23 yd. TD to seal the win for the Pats.

The defense held Miami scoreless, ending the season with a shut-out. Last time that happened, the Pats had good things in the play-offs.

Pats have the BYE with the #2 seed. It will give them a chance to continue to get healthy. Especially guys like Talib, Dennard, and Ninkovich. Not to mention Gronkowski.

Kudos to Malcolm Williams and Derrick Martin who stepped up their games. Williams made an impact on special teams and Martin as the Nickel Corner.

do we know anything about ninkovich? i heard it was a hip issue, thankfully not the knee.

If Ninkovich is unfortunately done, Francis looks really good out there atleast.

he's getting the last rites...it's all over the Pats are no good...just like YOU said all year long

Perma-ban to the first poster to say something negatively...jokes aside, this day couldn't of been any better as a Patriots fan. I'm elated they get the bye, I have to work on saturday and feared that if the Pats didn't get the bye, they would of played on saturday.

Only the initial reports from Reiss that it was a hip injury..

Good solid win.

Great to see Gronk out there.

Hopefully Talib and Dennard heal, Nink isn't too hurt and we get ready to roll on New Orleans.

Really couldn't ask for a much better result today. Getting the BYE is HUGE because it allows us to get more people healthy! If we get Talib, Dennard, and Gronk healthy by the first game of the playoffs, WATCH OUT!!! :)

it's still early...the Ninko hip injury ,as you can see, is already #1 on the crying list....but when the Pats SHUT OUT a hated division rival and grab the #2 seed despite four losses, it's harder toi work up to a good bawling whinefest....give it a few minutes...the "The Pats won BUT...." crowd will ramp up the squawks and bawks in a few minutes

Great day all together aside from Nink's injury. Hope he's okay but seeing Francis and Scott today alleviates that pain, they looked really good off the edge and Jones is still improving since missing time.

Did Talib play at all today? I know he didn't start and wasn't really needed so I didn't notice him out there.

Pats with another 80 offensive play game.

Broke the record for most offensive plays in a season.

Kudos to Woodhead on being the 1st RB since Faulk to have 40 receptions and 40+ rushes.

Welker finishes with over 1300 receiving yards on the season.

Gronk has over 800 receiving yards despite missing 5 games.

Lloyd with over 900 receiving yards in his 1st season with the Pats.

Ridley with over 1200 yards..

Talib did not play...he dressed

two weeks to rest...hope they get it together after next week's loss and early exit from the playoffs (don't blame me, read it right here...and it went unchallenged)

i'm in the same boat, having to work saturday. so this is huge. here's hoping ninko is ok.

No.. You must have missed that they Had Talib in a glass box with a hammer on it.. The glass read "Break in case of EMERGENCY ONLY"....

Wow, the competition in the AFC East is bad. Pats swept Dolphins, Jets and Bills.
