Has anybody else seen this Kickalicious - YouTube ?? Holy crap what an absolute cannon this kid has. His accuracy, even with moving targets is uncanny. He's Norwegian, (another Jan Stenerud?) being worked out by Les Miserables, and he wants to sign an NFL contract for 2013. If they sign him that's one thing they'll have done right.

I would hesitate to say that a "trick kicker" could turn NFL but he has such total control over his accuracy and distance that, cripes, how does he miss with the NFL?

I just saw that. He is amazing! So much for the "Ghostkoswki is a good kicker". Ghost is 50/50 at about 40 yards. Not good, IMO.

I'd be VERY interested to see what he can do without the benefit of editing but if he's legit I think we should SIGN THE BEAST!

Just comes down to being able to repeat the fundamentals in games.

so...he's gonna kick the NFL's balls????

I'm sure the Raging Rhinodell will have plenty to say about THIS?

I get "video unavailable" when I try to play it.

Regardless of whether this kid is the real deal, I think that there are good kickers out there who can be had as UDFAs. Gostkowski has something like a $3.4M cap hit this year and $3.8M next year, and he's just not worth it. Cutting him would save $1.8M this year and $3M in 2014. Meanwhile the Rams got Greg Zuerlein as a 6th round pick and the Ravens got Justin Tucker as a UDFA.

That was ridiculous, he's some type of mutant place kicking prodigy.

GUYS, how sure are we that these aren't fake? I've seen fake long-range thread-the-needle kicks like that from NFL placekickers on TV commercials.

huh??..you mean he wears a turtle shell?...wha???

just what we need ...another cartoon character ala Ocho Stink-it-up

(BTW..I'm making a very obscure reference to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles..which I STILL hate with a red blind vengeance)

Someone posted that here before. I cant help but think it's a lot of camera tricks and editing. I've heard that about similar videos. Like, them kicking it many times until they get it and then edit it in, which is quite a feat in itself. Still hard to do, but made to look a lot easier. There is a lot of software available to do some crazy things. Still quite talented tho

Sorry, when I said he was being worked out by Les Miserables I meant the Jets. He's for real. I hate to think of them getting him but maybe he won't make the transition so swell.

I'm thinking onside kicks...

Can he aim at the officials a few times a game?

obviously, there are a ton of misses that aren't shown. But still impressive.

Here's the thing, though: there was absolutely no reason the Patriots needed to make Gostkowski the second-highest paid kicker in NFL history. . . . but they did. So why did BB et al. feel that was a good move to make?

Watch the clouds. You can see that there is minimal editing; NOT a long time between kicks. Guy is for real.

That said, no way we can afford to sign him. Can you imagine the freight bill flying in Lbs of fresh sardines every day?

If this site is to be believed, the Jets tried him out somewhat recently and he couldn't displace the shaky Folk.

But considering the Jets canned Woodhead and extended Sanchez, that may not be a bad thing.

If by 50/50 you mean 70/30, then yes.

lmao at all the people in here sold by a youtube video.
