Whenever I see good QBs struggle, I am reminded of Brady's consistency and excellence.

He gives the team a chance no matter who else is out there.

Yeah and a big LOL at the idiots who were calling for Mallet to take over during say...the Seahawks game.

Funny thing is, ESPN put up that graphic on players with the most 4 TD games with Favre on top, I said to my wife

I wish they'd put up the graphic on 4TDs with ZERO INTs!

About 10 minutes later the did. You KNOW who is on top.

There are lots of gunslingers. There are a few others that play mistake-free football. But there is only one mistake-free gunslinger

Brady s so far above all of them, including Manning, it's ridiculous.

i think people around the league finally start to realize that...

as Gruden said its no discussion if he's the best of his era; more of a question if he is the best ever...

Steve Young said basically that Brady's head and shoulders above every other QB he's seen this year.

I just watched that too - how lucky are we here in NE to live through this....

yeah thats what I'm saying... people always talk about Tom or Peyton being better... but i think now they are starting to realize Brady is above every other QB in the NFL...

its not like thats news to patriots fans.. :)

the wilfork interview afterwards was awesome....

Vince said when he gets home tonight he'll start watching film on the 49'ers....

Imagine how good he'd be if he had someone who could run under his overthrown deep balls.

Before I get flamed, that is not a criticism of Brady. I believe errs on the side of throwing them to deep to avoid a turnover, the Pats just don't have the receivers to compensate. Stallworth showed a flash of what's possible when you plug a receiver with speed, height and reach/hands into the offense.

That would have been a first half basketball score with that type of receiver.

They're always trying to elevate someone into the upper echelon, at different times the tried to bump up Carson Palmer, Phillip Rivers and Drew Brees. They get on their knees whenever one of the Poop Kickin Goober Twins or Rodgers wins a game. Brady is just so far ahead of them on every level.

Just looking at the last 3 years, in which we constantly have to hear about who's the best, look at wins and losses and TD/ INT against the other "top" QB's.

Rodgers 33-9 W-L, 102-25 TD/INT
P.Manning 20-9 W-L 63-27 TD/INT
E. Manning 27-18 W-L 80-54 TD/INT (Still think Eli is better, you jackasses?)
Brees 29-16 W-L 121-54 TD/INT

Brady 37-8 W-L 104/20 TD/INT

Brees and Elisha have both thrown 34 more pics in the same period. Goober #1 has 41 less TD'S but 7 more picks. He's statistically better than Rodgers. Nobody has won more and lost less. By far the least amount of picks.

All this coming from the guy who has a 133-38 regular season record, single season TD record, 3 SB championships and tied for the most most playoffs wins likely to be broken this year.

Brady is still the best, you have to knock out the champ to win and so far no one has. We can only hope he is true to his word and plays for another 10 years (or at least another 5+ years).

So happy that Brady is finally getting the recognition he deserves.

It's amazing. If you would of told me growing up that we would have a Qb greater than Elway and Marino I wouldn't of believed it. If you told me he would be spoken in the same breath as Montana I would of told you to get your head examined.

I feel blessed as a fan to watch the greatness of Brady. We are living in a timeframe of Patriots lore that is truly inspiring. Orr and the Bruins, Russell Celtics, Bird Celtics. It's overwhelming sometimes to think about and I'm still awed by the man.

Brady

Tom Brady is not tough...he's a girlie man...he's soft...he can't take punishment..he's a closet gay...he's horrible under pressure...he's got a terrible arm...he can't throw long...he can't throw short...he's in the "twilight"...he's lucky...he's arrogant...he's a system QB...he's a metrosexual...his wife has a big mouth....he only wins because of Belichick...

time for all the haters to all get together and have a nice long cry....any more stupid mongo comments about Tom Brady???...please, step up morons and run your pinheaded little hater mouths, you bunch of chicken little crumb bums...

These guys are always hyperbole. Next week they will tout manning or someone else.

And pumped out 3 rugrats, 2 different sexes by 2 different mothers, 2 to a supermodel and another to an actress...I mean, ever see baby Manning's forehead?

It's a done deal. Seal it!

The one guy who came close to Brady's excellence the last few years was Kurt Warner. Not Peyton Manning

He was an absolute robot most of the time for the cardinals.
