If you could get a Pats jersey today

I already own it. To me HE is the best Patriot ever. Totally embodies everything I thought this team should be about. Smart, intense, brutal, extremely hard worker, a huge heart (excuse the metaphor here), and totally self sacrificing for the good of the team. And us, its fans. That is all I ever expect from every Patriot.

I would have Dan Koppen's #67. The guys in the trenches are the unsung heroes.

Just bought this one in the last couple months:

Which one would you want?

Personally, I think I'd have to go with this one :rocker:

:rocker: After all that bad press we listened to re: Benedictieri it seems very appropriate. Give Gost his earned props.
Rosie would be my other choice (tough choice though b/w him and Vrabel).

If I didn't own any jerseys at all, and could only get one,I'd get #37.

So, does that mean that you have a "Gay" Jersey that you wear.

Touche.

If I were to wear a players jersey, it would be that of future Pro-Bowler # 27 Ellis Hobbs.

Either Wilfork or Mankins. Just to be a little different. I think you should have to get a Jersey of a player with a similar body profile. It strikes me funny whenever I see a fellow belly-brother wearing a Brady or Brown jersey.

Yea, thats the one I have, but I think its magic is wearing out (I got it in december of the 2003 season). I think I'm going to either get a Wilfork, mentioned above, or a Mankins. Those two guys are sweet.

My next jersey will be a Gostkowski one at the start of pre season! (I only buy one a year because I can't afford it otherwise! :D )

So, if I get it, he was an awful bust?

Um, yes you could say that...

...looks like Patriots nation has done its best to forget that way back when in the early 1990s we used a #1 pick on Eugene Chung

heck I couldn't even find a picture of him in a Patriots jersey!

I'd be really surprised if anyone bought a Gaffney. I mean I know he had a great post-season but isn't spending $75 on him a tad risky? Since I already have mostly everyone on the team right now, I'll buy a future consideration that will be one of our first rounders.

come on you cheap bastid...you need to spend to the cap!

Personally, I think grown men wearing a player's jersey is, for lack of a better term, "kind of gay".

what metro sexual outfit do you wear on game day?

This would be my choice. Unsung hero and true team player.:rocker:

I'm not sure how serious this thread is; however, so what.

My jersey would be Troy Brown. He is what the patriots are all about.

And my second is Bledsoe. The Razor is indeed the House that Drew built. If anyone doubts Bledsoe, simply look at the team (and the attendance) in the five years before he got there, and in the five years after he arrived.

Bledsoe, laying the foundations for teams to win after he leaves. I wonder how well Drew would have done with the OLine that Brady has without taking years of bone-crushing sacks. He was certainly better before he began spending his seasons on his back.
