That means Pats will have beat Houston and each team will have gone 1-1 vs each other. The next tie break is conference record correct? Pats will only have one loss and in fact same could potentially said for the others. What's next? Record vs common opponents?

Could make for some very interesting tie breaking scenarios, and potentially quiet all the "running up the score" folks. ;)

Interesting to see if the steelers can get the win here. Would piss Baltimore off no end.

Flacco has been piss poor.

Steelers have a 42 yarder to win.

Steelers win!!!!!

I'm going for a shower. I feel sooo dirty.

Playoff machine says the Pats get the #1.

Baltimore still has a brutal schedule and will lose at least one more. Win out and the Pats are no worse than the two seed.

Actually with Ravens loss could potentially be a HOU, Den & NE tie at 13-3 which case Pats would be one seed. Denver over Balto will be critical.

How would Houston end up at 13-3? They need to lose 2, which I don't see happening. Maybe one to the Pats, but the remainder of their schedule is not that bad. I see them finishing at 14-2 for the #1 seed.

Besides Pats, who has the horses to beat Houston.

I'm not even sure the Pats do with all their injured players limping around.

We would need the Colts or Vikings to beat Houston too though. Not holding my breath on those although the Colts have a chance.

I don't think it's a stretch that a team that needed 5 quarters to beat the Lions and Jags could conceivably lose another game outside of Pats. They play Minny and Indy 2x and I could definitely see them dropping one of those Indy games the way their secondary has been playing.

I think the Texans drop one of the Indy games. If that happens, the Pats win out, and the Broncos beat the Ravens in two weeks, then the Pats get the #1 seed.

I don't care about the NE finishing 1st. I only want the bye. The # 2 seed will also be fine!!

Houston have a ton of players limping around too. We'll are dealing with the injury bug right now. It's all about weathering the storm.

I think they have the hardest remaining schedule of any other team in the league. They're all playoff contenders. The weakest team on their schedule are the Redskins, and with RG3's offense, they're going to throw a wrench at the Ravens defense.

If they couldn't sweep the Steelers with Batch at the helm, even this game could be an L for them.

I feel pretty safe writing the Ravens off and out of the race for the top 2 seeds right now based on their schedule and the way they played today.

Uh... Am I missing something?
If both the Ravens and the Patriots finish 13-3, don't they get the higher seed?
They beat us.

So we'd have to win out AND the ravens would have to lose TWO more.
Chances are we'll be the third seed.

Patriots vs. six seed.
Broncos vs. fifth seed.

Then probably:
Texans vs. Broncos
Ravens vs. Patriots

Honestly the team with the best chance at the #2 right now are the Broncos. They have the Raiders, Browns and Chiefs left on their schedule and they get to control their own destiny by getting the Ravens.
