Have at it!

Not the blowout some expected but a solid victory nonethless.

Nice to see Ahern back in the groove.

Hopefully not too many injuries and we move on to next week with a real sense of purpose.

Would be nice to sneak into 2nd place overall.

Thank you....I think the Pats sandbagged a little on defense today...they could have decapitated Tannehill with the blitz any time they wanted to

Great game ending drive by the Pats. D stepped up today. O was off, missing Gronk really showed today. Especially in the redzone.

Josh had a rough day playcalling.

Man, the Phins are always a pain in the arse in DEC..

Ahern's mobility looks to be back, hands not so much.

T-shirts and Hats for all...

Have you ever noticed that when BB goes up against a first-time QB, the defense tends to be very, very vanilla?

D improved, much more confidence than before..

The O did enough to win, no style points... but another winning seasona and division championship..

I imagine that will be how a playoff game looks, with being that tough and physical. It was nice to see them finish the game off with power running, hopefully that puts us over the hump this year.

This is why you can'y depend on turnovers

The patriots need to get healthy before the playoffs to stand a chance.

My fault. I predicted a huge blowout in the prediction thread trying to change up my luck calling close wins against the Colts and Jets. Whatever I pick this year, the opposite happens. I am predicting Pats losses the rest of the way.

If I can't do well in alamo's contest, I can help the Pats with my negative karma.

Anyone want to know the losing lottery numbers are tonight, I will give you what I am playing.

You just never know how these division games go....

Personally, I liked this win. They did not bring their "A" game and the 'Fins played hard to the end.

Overall, I like how the D played and how they ran the ball down MIA's throat to grind the clock down.

Doesn't get glam points but the result is 9-3 and a division championship!

This was a hard game to watch overall, but man that final drive by the Pats left me feeling pretty damned good. This team continues to prove they're capable of running with authority and capable of remembering that they can do just that. Not to mention the division is clinched and there's plenty of time to get guys healthy.

The defense is always vanilla. Kyle ******* arrington got one of the luckiest drops i've seen all season......The receiver beats he him badly by 10 yards only to drop it because it was under thrown.

This makes it the 12 consecutive winning season for the Patriots. The Cowboys had 20 straight years but that was not during the Salary Cap and FA era.

This is really remarkable in the modern NFL.

Didn't see the game, but congrats to our Pats on a big win and ANOTHER AFC East Championship ! Also congrats to Stevan Ridley going over 1,000 yards ! I'm guessing part of the Pat's offensive struggles was good defensive play by the Dolphins. Also, looks like Brady was off all game, and Brandon Lloyd has become a non factor, even with Edelman going out early with an injury.

Lets just hope that they got this game out of their system and they look at the mistakes in the video and get ready for a big clash against the texans.

Trevor Scott needs more playing time.

Mark Anderson 2.0

Hey SCott, LLoyd has been a dissapointment in my mind. Some people give him excuses but he has to do more.

This. They're guaranteed the 4 seed at worst no matter what happens over these last four games.

I'd rather have a 10-6 team that's healthy than a 13-3 team all banged up.

[Of course, I'd rather have a 13-3 team that's healthy :), but that seems unlikely. :( ]

Good to see the Patriots grit out a tough win today.

I have a strong impression that the axis of Brady/McD will always err back towards the shotgun passing game when things don't go as planned on offense.

McD has done a great job so far this year (unfortunately the only indication we have of that is the lack of 'Fire McD' threads!) but when the season gets down to the sharp end they need to stop themselves becoming so one dimensional by giving up on the run.

Kudos for eventually coming back to it in the second half - that was a Championship quality drive - and mostly done by grinding it out on the floor.

Props to the D - who were very competitive again today - for a 3rd choice at DE Scott did a nice job today - the pass defense was pretty good today for the most part (apart from the wide open drop on Talib in the 1st half).

Good stuff.
