Choose your best Patriots regular season TD. Use your own criteria whether it be how great the play itself was, or how it related to the game, or for other factors (like Vinny's TD to T.Brown).

I could only pick ten for the poll, but here are some others worth of consideration.

K.Faulk vs. BUF, diving catch in the end zone on third down

L.Maroney at CIN, 25 yd TD run was made with relative ease

C.Jackson at BUF, nice hookup between Brady and Jackson in corner of the end zone

L.Maroney at JAX, 27 yard TD run in 4th quarter almost sealed the deal

I voted for Thomas - a tremendous pass and effort, not to mention NE really needed it to pull out the W in Jacksonville.

The Chad Jackson score at Minnesota was the first that came to mind for me before even seeing the poll. But Thomas's diving grab was pretty spectacular too, as was Watson's.

I voted for the Chad Jackson crawl. I thought that was a great effort, and hope to see some more like this out of him next year (not neccessarily crawling, but TDs that come because he wanted it more than the defender) (this is not a bashing on CJ, in case anyone tries to turn it into that).

David Thomas against Jax, because it was one of the most important TD's of the season

Tough call for me, but I went with my 1a, Jackson's TD crawl, over my 1b, Thomas' TD against JAX.

Funny how much consensus we seem to have. I havered a lot between your 1a and 1b and I'm happy to agree with you (not quite such an important play in the context of the game, but what a smart effort!) Glad to see that Doug Gabriel is credited, as he should be. But my number one is still one that isn't on the list: the Kevin Faulk TD against Buffalo -- a game-changing play that he hung on to despite the pain of landing on the ball.

interesting how most of the touchdowns on this list came from players NOT on the 2005 roster.

This is the one for me.

That catch was simply amazing. It was much like the Dave Thomas Catch only Faulk, being much shorter, had to fully extend much more and caught the ball much more cleanly than Thomas did.

Add in that he made a wicked double move (wr move) on the LB in coverage and it's simply picture perfect.

well, Dillon scores a lot, but there is nothing flashy about his scores (not that there needs to be)

It was a good catch, but I still think that Watson ball against GB hit the ground, thankfully it was called a catch.
I voted for the Chad play vs. MIN, but I would also say the Thomas catch should be up there because of how clutch it was.

I loved the Maroney run against Cincinatti. He juked his way through the hole and then threw in a nice stiff arm. Plus that was the game where everyone was saying the Pats woudl be passing the torch to the Bengals, and having the roookie score such a sweet TD just let everyone know we weren't going anywhere.

That was my number 1!

Number 1B was Logan Mankins against Indy.

I liked Watson's catch because it was a picture perfect throw by Brady.

Dave Thomas diving was great. He has a bright future.

I'd have to go with Dave Thomas. That one was perfect.

Dave Thomas >> Kevin Faulk verse Bills diving/jumping catch to save us>> Maroney vs Bengals

I liked Faulk's back of the end zone grab in week one against Buffalo.
