:rocker: Then the pain of the AFC title game will be at least 50 percent gone.. Like that guy Fitzy says maybee that guy from Heroes could help with the other 50 percent...

Let's not fool ourselves. The pain of that loss will get worse over time, not better as we realize how much it has compromised the Pats place in history for the general public and in football lore: no more "Brady is the best Qb ever", no more "BB is the greatest coach ever" no more "the Pats are the greatest team ever". While I believe those things, critics will always have that game to point to as a powerful counterargument. The only balm that can heal that wound is if the Colts lose on Sinday AND the Pats win the next 2 titles in a row, surpassing the accomplishments of the Steelers and 49ers. Then I will be at peace. :)

I'll never get over it - never - but it will be a lot better on Tuesday, once I can tune into ESPN without having SB talk (and parades) dominating the TV.

 At least the pro bowl talk will be all Bill Belichick
