Wow, that's strange to hear. Anyone know what it is for?
 
I guess that labels don't matter much. We have 8 WR/TE's: 3 WR and 5 TE's.

Yes sir, you've often been one to point out that specific labels such as WR/TE do not matter too much here, due to being meshed together as priority of targets etc.

While at least 2, maybe even 3 of those TE's are not going to see many looks, they still round out the depth for receiving threats.

I am much more interested in seeing how guys like Schiancoe and Fells can hold up in the blocking game, as opposed to the receptions that some expect them to replace in Gronkowski's absence, which I see as a pretty small number besides maybe a key catch per game.

I think I still wouldn't mind seeing another pure WR signed for depth in the likes of bringing Branch back though. Gaffney is completely out of the picture in my opinion.
