Chandler Jones and Logan Mankins miss walkthrough...probably won't play vs Jets

With all of these injuries to key players i would rather the pats bring them back a week late than a week to soon and have them not play to their ability.

We will need Jones, Mankins, Gronk and Hernandez to be in top form come Playoff time.

It is unlikley that we will get a 1st game bye come playoff time with the Loss to the Ravens so i am happy for us to be a little more conservative with our injuries to get them ready.

In reality if we finish the season 3-3 we are still making the playoffs at 10-6. I want us to run the table but i would rather us be as close to 100% as possible for this run.

pats seem to play better without mankins up front..it's strange..jones on the other hand..we will find out..but should be fine vs a horrible jets oline

Will they give Cunningham take Jones spot or will they have a rotation of Cunningham, Francis, Scott and maybe Bequette?

Tougher to win with those two out.

O - line has been stout.

So begins the Jake Bequette road to canton :)

Me too sure would like to see what the Bequette kid can do.

Yup. As stated elsewhere, my 3 goals:

1. Make the playoffs.
2. Make the playoffs healthy.
3. Make the playoffs in peak form.

The regular season is just a tuneup for the playoffs, and at the same time a war of attrition. I'd rather be the #6 seed and meet goals 1-3 above than the #1 seed having already peaked and being banged up and missing key people.
