Nobody seems to be talking too much about him; but Ghostkowski did a great job yesterday.

I only recall one KO that came down in the front 5 yards of the EZ; and the majority went out the back end. He was really HAMMERING THEM.

He hit all the FGs even the long one, with no issues of balls curving in either direction.

Just plain super solid today (yesterday).

(with all the appropriate D discussion - nice to have one area that you dont have to talk about).

He came up huge for us yesterday, the Jets game, and the Baltimore game. People never talk about him when he does well, but everytime he misses people are calling for his head.

When he hit that 48 yarder yesterday, I could not help but think back to the SB against the Giants when BB went for it on 4th and 12 instead of letting Ghost try a 48 yarder. Had he hit that then the Giants TD at the end, ties the game, not wins it. I am generally a "In BB We Trust" guy but....

Sorry, I got off topic there for a second, but yes, Ghost did great yesterday.

Agreed, Gostkowski executed perfectly yesterday.

He's bounced back nicely this season. Hopefully he'll have a chance to nail the game winner against either the Texans or 49ers.

I remember some sports guy saying "I never felt the pressure. I guess I'm just not smart enough." Or something like that. Gost has gone about it exactly the right way (just got on with things and worked hard). Happy to give him a shout!

Bump to give Ghost a prop from me too. After he helped lose the Arizona game (how the feck did
we lose to those feckin stiffs?) and put us in a hole in the first Billiards game, he's been a dead-eye
on FGs and a monster on KOs.

Keep it up, G; we'll need all the points we can get, thanks to this disgusting "defense"(snicker).

I wonder if overcoming this spat of adversity won't help him in the long run and heighten the staff's confidence in him.

He has always been pretty solid for us. When he misses , unfourtunately for him it is always magnified because alot of people keep comparing him to Vinateri and those incredible FG's of his in the tuck game and the SB's. I don't really think thats fair to Ghost but I guess he will always be compared to Adam for better or worse!
