While I understand the bitterness, as an analyst he's expected to put that aside. If he can't or won't then his credibility as an analyst is lacking.Like Brady, he lost two Super Bowls that were winnable because of some last-minute heroics. I'd be a little bitter too.

Faulk hasn't been able to put it aside many times now. Tomlinson was just on The Opening Drive on SiriusXM two days ago whining that the Patriots get all the calls by the referees and then compared it to the calls Jordan, Kobe, and LeBron get in the NBA.
Yeah, we do get all the calls - the pass interference ones.
Does that say Freeman, as in Josh Freeman?
The Pats get favorable calls from time to time, but what team doesn't? We've also been the target for some horrific calls over the years. The Ravens game from this past season and the face guarding in the '06 AFCCG come immediately to mind.

Freeman actually hasn't been THAT bad this year. That said, though, teams still haven't figured out that taking away Jackson from those 9 routes and deep posts that he loves to run would severely limit Freeman.
Kurt has never been anything but class. He only spoke up and only once when it was said the Pats taped their practice. Once he rumor was squashed, he's never said anything and has been all class. Of course he hates it but he's someone who I have a great deal of respect for based on who he is and the journey he took to get there. He's one of the truly "good guys".
Not unreasonable to have P. Manning and Rodgers at the top. I suspect they moved Freeman up to create a little hype around a new "name" rather than hype the "usual suspects", so it's bogus and I disagree, but its understandable.
.
im not disagreeing with you per se...but Rodgers hasnt been spectacular this year by any means. His only 2 games that were very good were against Houston and St. Louis (i dont count 28 points against NO, a team that gives up an average of over 30, good). granted he doesnt benefit from any sort of run game like brady this year.
Freeman's last couple games have been very good...even if he hasnt won all of them.
