Trading Kyle Arrington.....

I just know if hes healthy, the potentials through the roof.

or, much like vereen...belichick just has him benched for fear of future injury. tough to get out of the doghouse it seems.

uninjured Dowling was the best CB of that draft class.

There are two CBs from that class that are close to a point where you are better off not testing them. We saw one of them on sunday.

And what's an uninjured Dowling? Some sort of a fabled creature? Like a unicorn?

for what a bag of skittles? About all he is worth

McCourty is OK, lolol McCourty is ******* terrible
Terrible is a gross overstatement and a poor assessment of Devin McCourty.

I burst out laughing when I saw this thread title....

I just read 27 responses and had to continually pinch myself to insure that this was real...

You've just pointed out in your post why there will be no takers.

Yup, and it reminds of me of some of the comical trade speculations that I read on Rat boards where Rat fans dream of trading for valuable players while giving up Sanchez and Holmes in the deals.

Right. Teams are just lining up to give you real value for your undesireable players, and if they have a bad contract you can expect even more in return.

;)

I say we trade Arrington straight up for Calvin Johnson. :rocker:

I posted this in the other thread, but it's just as viable for this one:

Kyle Arrington

Source: Wiki

Philadelphia Eagles
Arrington was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent following the 2008 NFL Draft. He was waived by the Eagles on August 30 and re-signed to the team's practice squad a day later. He was released from the practice squad on September 10.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Arrington was signed to the practice squad of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on September 17, 2008, where he spent the remainder of the season before being re-signed to a future contract after the season. He was waived by the Buccaneers on September 5, 2009 during final cuts and re-signed to the team's practice squad the next day. He was elevated to the 53-man roster on September 10, playing in the Buccaneers' season opener. He was waived by the team the next day.

New England Patriots
He currently plays and starts for the New England Patriots....

A clown who wasn't good enough for the Eagles and Bucs' practice squads, and a starter for the Bucs for ONE FREAKING DAY, is somehow a starter in NE.... go figure...

At this point, if the Pats could get a bag of footballs for Arrington, you gotta think the Pats got a steal. Arrington has been one of the worst starting CBs in the league this year, if not the worst. His value is at an all time low.

Wow what an insightful post. Did you go to the Patriots roster page to figure that out?

No I actually watch the games rather than assume who blows all the coverages, thank you very much.

Bump for the hilarity of seeing this thread title

He was a phenomenal ST player here. Give him that.
