for a 7th round pick!
Seriously though, he is better than Moore for sure, and maybe McCourty too
When a player is a free agent, it's usually for a really good reason. As far as kicking the tires, the Pats just did, and nothing came from it.
And there's no reason to get rid of Arrington. Remember that before he was a starting corner out of necessity, he was a fantastic special teams coverage guy. Even if he's not playing on defense, he's worth keeping around through the end of his contract.
A trade is not a realistic option. Don't get your hopes up.Then do you know of any d backs out there who could possibility be traded??
No no no. I agree with Moore, but he isnt better than McCourty. Will people stop blaming the secondary woes on McCourty?? He is the least of our secondary problems.
McCourty sux, Arrington sux, Chung sux..and on and on and on.. These guys cant stop $ch!t. Plz stop with the koolaid stand, Nobody's buyin'. McCourty may be the best.. but geez thats the problem
Is it still a possibility??
My reason?? Im fed up with him and his inability to cover. I hear Zack Bowmans availible in FA, we should at least kick the tires.
McCourty is OK. Arrington and Chung are not. Step back from the ledge.McCourty sux, Arrington sux, Chung sux..and on and on and on.. These guys cant stop $ch!t. Plz stop with the koolaid stand, Nobody's buyin'. McCourty may be the best.. but geez thats the problem

McCourty is playing like a legitimate NFL CB though, how many completions did he allow last night? Not many, I can only think of one that stood out, Dennard let up two completions. That's a start. Hopefully Dowling returns to form, looks like he has some rust from that hip injury. Wilson has looked good this season so far, a few rookie mistakes, but he is our best safety. We need at least one safety and corner in next year's draft in the early rounds.

For one reason or another the Patriots continue to bench Dowling. I'd like to know what's up there.
McCourty is OK, lolol McCourty is ******* terrible
I feel like hes a #2 corner playing #1 which is why he'll struggle at times. Can someone please help me on Ras i because I cant remember him playing bad this year. Is he still hurt??
I feel like thats what would solve the secondary- better coaching, and Dowling or Dennard breaking out into a top corner. Chung at least playing average would help too.
I don't think Dowling is hurt per say, but I think he isn't fully recovered from the hip injury. Hip injuries can take a long time to get back to normal, so this year we might see gradual improvement and next year being fully back. I hope that it isn't something that will nag his entire career.

In case you didn't know, McCourty wears 32 , not 24.
