Just read two tweets one from Kyle Love and the other from Steven Ridley on how they are sick about this game.

The first thing that came to my mind was that Nike (I think its Nike anyway)
commercial about players working harder so they don't feel this way again.

Well that's what these guys need to do, saying you feel sick isn't going to cut it you need to work on what the issues are and fix them.

This season is far from over and the AFC is pretty wide open. These guys are far from out of it.

Done rant :)

They can work as hard as they want, and maybe the offense can save it for us in the end, but the secondary still sucks the fattest ****.

Whoa man. If my girl finds out about this Im in trouble -.-

All kidding aside. Ya. It's bad. No argument here. It's so hard to feel comfortable even when this team has a 10 pt. lead in the 4th qtr. I looked over at my wife after we lost that last time out and said "Whoops. Here we ******* go again." You just KNOW it's going to happen. :bricks:

Maybe they should tweet for a new secondary or for the O to sustain a drive in the 4th when it matters..

'Did you here what Ridley and Love said?'

'Yah dude, did you here our secondary sucks?'

'Oh wow I didn't know that. I guess I can't look at the team in terms of any other player or position anymore. 2012 NE Patriots=the secondary. final statement. should I even keep watching?'

You're right. The secondary isn't the weakest link on the team... again.

Who's the coach for the secondary? Maybe we should start there. If it's BB, then he needs full time help (that means he has too much on his plate).

At this point, since they are interfering and allowing WRs to make plays consistently anyway, it may be time to simply re-train them to make mandatory that they turn their heads after a counted amount of time. It can't get worse. Let them continue to develop from that perspective, even if they get burned a couple of times 'losing' the WR. We need to try something.

He told me and earl to see him after the game when they win..... I found him after.... pic.twitter.com/L6ndXKb9

The fact that Brady said that to them and then choked away YET ANOTHER opportunity to take control of a game late and ice it with just a few first downs pretty much confirms my feelings for him at this point. The guy is done, Period. He's all talk and cannot back it up anymore. Considering the way you played today Brady you might as well just shut your mouth from here on out.

Every team has a weakest link. For the Patriots, the secondary has been it since 2008.

Well over that time I think there was a case to be made about our pass rush and our LB's not named Mayo. Though you're probably right.

But I don't really see your point. This thread is about statements made by two players who have only emerged this year as being dependable. Is the secondary so important as to overwhelm any other aspect on the team?

I hear those players saying that and think, 'hey these guys are pretty young good players, its good that at least we know that they care deeply about the team. That could come back to help us later' Apparently all that you think is 'our secondary blows.'

After your team of green clowns gets obliterated in Gillette next Sunday, your absence from this message board will be refreshing indeed.

yeah..he'll be clutching his green foam toes and sukking up a storm...

I wouldn't get too ****y. The way we're playing Sanchez might look like the second coming of Peyton Manning.

No game this year is a lock for us to win.

I have to say, you might actually get a more favorable response from other posters if you weren't negative, oh, 95%+ of the time.
