"Being on the road, the no-huddle attack probably won’t be used as much this week."

Hmm...that's interesting.

How does Seattle score more than 17 pts? I just don't see it?

The Pats used to be nearly unbeatable when they led going into the final quarter,I think it once was like 80 wins 1 loss....that stat has not been as strong in recent years.

Defensive turnovers could be a factor

I don't see EITHER side putting up more than 24 in this game

No-Huddle, Hurry-Up Offense is such a BIG aresnal that it used exactly for teams like Seahawks. Aggresive defenses get neutralized with No-Huddle tires'm out with no "D" sub pkgs, Pats should definitely use it majority of their offensive plays.

"The big equalizer is the running game, something the Packers didn’t have to counter with. "

I disagree with this. The Packers did exactly that in the 2nd half, and moved the ball with much more success.

I don't see us giving up on the no-huddle as a viable strategy, noisy or not. I am sure that the stereos are blasting away at full volume at practice. Maybe the Pats were able to buy the Colts crowd noise generator when the Colts old dome was torn down, just for practice purposes.

18 rushes for 47 yards by the Packers RBs is success? In what way?

Cedric Benson and John Kuhn are not exactly scary. Rogers running, and a WR end-around were the only plays over 9 yards on the ground, hence the 2.5 yards per carry for the backs.

Did you watch the game, or are you just looking at numbers?

Nice job, Steve. Lots of good points.......unfortunately no time to discuss them. But later we can discuss them

New England is a very impressive 59-5 when scoring 22 points or more since 2007....
Those 5 losses
2008 31-34 NYJ OT Cassell threw for 400+ and Randy made the great catch at the end of regulation.
2009
27-34 vs Texans wk 17 Wes blew his knee out in a meaningless game
34-35 vs Indy

2011
31-34 vs Buff TFB threw 4 ints

2012
30-31 vs Balt

If Hernandez is back we could easily put up 42, with him in he line-up we can send Gronk dont to seams more.

I'm not sure why NE wouldn't run the no huddle. By all accounts Baltimore is almost as noisy as the Link and Patriots were almost exclusively no huddle in that game, according to the play by play. Its obvious that they have a system in place to use it under noisy conditions. It wouldn't be a very good system if they couldn't.

I don't think we can 'easily' put 42 on any team, especially not on the road against a defense as good as this. If we score more than 40 you'll see the Patriots atop every single power-ranking, because that'll take a masterful offensive performance.

Wholeheartedly concur......
