I'm unable to find anything new on his injury.

Agreed, I'd be very interested in an update, because I do recall that he is healing very well. I can't remember where I read that, but it would be nice to hear if the timetable for his return has changed.

No need to rush him back. Let him fully heal. We'll need him at 100% for those back to back weeks down the road against the 49ers and Texans.

Exactly. I feel that way about the whole squad...the Pats will get their wins. Slow and steady.

Good point. I DEFINITELY don't expect him to return this week or next. After that, I think we should be able to beat the Jets and Rams without him, so no harm waiting for the bye week.

Exactly. Clearly our offense has enough weapons and balance to do it's job against the majority of our schedule, especially in the upcoming games. I want to make sure he's 100% for the stretch run. If that means coming back after the bye week, so be it.

Of course, if he's legitimately ready before that, all the better!

The bye week is the time for evaluation. There is no reason to bring Hernandez back early.

I've not heard anything new. The last news I got was that he was healing very well and some believe he could be back ahead of schedule.

Oh don't get me wrong, I don't want to risk reinjury by bringing him back early.

I just miss him out on the field. I feel our struggles offensively would be a thing of the past with him back in healthy, and would be awesome to watch this team with the defense we've been seeing, sync up with that offense we were expecting to see.

If this offense can consistently get their **** together, and the defense continues making strides each week, and we stay healthy...this team is Super Bowl Champion bound.

Aaron Hernandez has an 0-4-0 record in MMA. Nevr made it past round 1 too.

I'm shocked BB even allows this.

Note, AH being out could be a good thing in a way IF PATs keep winning.
With AH on the sideline it gives the Brady a chance to get more game time reps with other players. Those reps would normally go to AH. That's a good thing I think.

"Questionable, injury to a lower body part".

Do we ever expect to know more than that?

If he practices with limited participation, we will know it. Until then, you are more likely to get information from Coca Cola about their secret recipe as we are to hear about AH's recovery timetable.

We just hung 52 points without him....where is there any need to rush him back before he's 100%?

Getting injury info out of the Pats is a pipe dream....let it go. He'll be back soon enough.

Hernandez does not play safety or cornerback

Brady has enough weapons in the air AND on the ground as we saw Sunday

After the Rams game seems appropriate to see Aaron return.

Sure, here is my twitter exchange with BB this morning:

BB5xSBrings @ice_ice_brady: lol. We're talking to the doc on thursday. let you know the mri #fulldisclosure

ice_ice_brady @ BB5xSBrings: hey bill, you gotta let this guy know, don't leave me hangin' bro #itchinforfantasyinfo

BB5xSBrings: sure sux not having @hernandez81 around the facilities. lucky ridley went off, dawg. we'll have to pound the rock against @RealDenverBroncosNFL

ice_ice_brady @ BB5xSBrings: what's up with AH's injury? u sure seemed nervous before last weeks game when talking about how to attack the @BuffaloBills. Well, that worked out fine after all.

We don't know anything about how well he is healing. We know he was spotted without a boot. So was Gronk before the Super Bowl, IIRC, and we all know how that turned out. This is likely a 4-8 week injury and it still may not completely heal in that time as significant high ankle sprains can require surgery. He'll be back when he's back and if he's close to 100% that would be a huge bonus.

I don't think we will see Hernandez at least until the Seahawk's game, if not the Jets' game. He may practice this week though.

Yeah, because 30 points on the road against the Baltimore Ravens and 52 on the road against what many said was one of the best front 4's in the NFL is a sign of struggle.
