Revised title:

"Something good to look forward to on TV for SOME of us Pats Fans."

Because SOME of our cable companies choose to ***** around with the NFL and its in-house network.

Ive been looking forward to the Pats episode, but the whole series is just great.... The Giants one, the Redskins, it was just great TV..

To bad Time Warner doesn't have NFL network, pieces of ****.

I thought for sure they would focus on the 2001 Pats, does one team get two different shows do you think?

Each team has its own show that won a super bowl, but they are showing the top 20 that were voted on... The Pats look like they were ninth.. Im sure your able to order them at some point...

One look at the blue ribbon panel they assembled and you will understand why only one of our 3 made it, and it wasn't even the best one. Other than Boomer we were fairly screwed. More New Yorkers than you can shake a stick at, bunch of aging old farts from the dark ages, our favorite coach who has won more games without ever winning a Superbowl, and the personable GM who took the Bills to 4 and lost them all (yup, that a-hole who now controls the thermostat at the RCA Dome), Bryant Gumbel, the Manning ballwashing society (Clayton, Schefter et al), all the present day talking heads who pick against us on principle, like Marino....

The sad thing is they've been primarily using footage of XXXVI and Brady talking about the drive to hype this for months now.

that footage is old. select the 2004 SB team and check out the clips of bruschi and bb and brown on that website. Thats what will be aired. To be fair its 20 top SB teams of all time and they picked the best pats team IMO.We want all our pats team to be there but there are other teams in other decades also which they had to consider. If anything iam surprised they ranked the pats that high than the 86 giants and other well known teams.
Also they have done shows of all the SB teams like the 2001 and 2003 . They will probably aired later randomly like they aired the 90 giants one day. Just not part of the top 20 .

How do you guys know that they didnt picked the other 2 teams? For what I can see they went all the way to number 9 (2004 Pats) but havent mentioned the other 8.

Also, Cowboys already have 2 entries in the top 20.

they ran a show at the beginning narrowing down the top 20 and selected the 2004 team as the best ones . Also they were picking by decade , so picking all pats teams in span of 5 yrs didnt give other teams much a chance.

Is anyone willing to make a DVD of the Pats episode for me? Doesn't have to be region free; my player will play any region.
Please PM me if you're willing to help.

Personally, I think the 2003 team was slightly better than the 2004 squad, beating 10 teams with 10 wins or more over the course of the season. What made 2004 so amazing, aside from the culmination of "the streak", and all that, was the incredible playoff run. Obviously, I loved both seasons, but to me, 2003 was my favorite of the whole run: satisfying win after satisfying win
