That is an awfully strong statement to make, I agree. We may have issues, but there are many other teams who are in the same boat.

I think that PatriotsfaninPA is letting his frustration get to him

Hopefully sitting LM for a game or two will allow him to heal properly, so that it isn't a year-long issue. That said, I'd sure like to have him back for next Sunday vs DEN.

Oh boy! Just when we think it cant get any worse.. Maybe I shouldnt even watch the game today. I'd hate to have an unfortunate accident with my tv....Like a beer bottle type accident. If the Pats can pull this one off , it sure would be good for my outlook for the season. An "L" is gonna put me in a funk till next week.

I think it's a solid statement,Mankins is the piece that keeps that line together.

He may not always be at his best but one thing he is,is one of the toughest OL bastards in tbe NFL and I think the other players feed off his frenzy and increase thier intensity along with him.

Without him you have a still green Solder,A RT (Vollmer) who seems fragile with his back,A good player in Connolly,A backup moved into a stating Role in Wendell and then without Mankins a hole that is filled with emergency players and that totals a lineup that has potential for inconsistent play.

Just glad we have Scharnecchia in control of this,it gives me hope.
