Just me sharing some needed thoughts about Sunday's game:

We all know this story, last year, the Pats lost two games in a row and were on the verge of 3 straight losses going on the road visiting a red hot divisional rival on National Television. Both losses were close (8 points vs. Steelers and 4 points vs. Giants). Then all of a sudden, the Pats turned on the "Jets" (pun intended) in that game and that was the start of an incredible run to the end of the season. Now again the Pats face this situation, on the road again, in a hostile environment, against a divisional rival, in a must-win situation. Their backs are against the wall and again on the verge of losing 3 straight (2 points vs. Cardinals and 1 point vs. Ravens). And if you have doubt about this game, just remember, their backs "were against the wall" last season. And a win like this could be all the Patriots need to turn on the jets. A win on the road against a hated divisional foe may go a long way. The importance of this game can't be stressed enough. And in the Patriots' world, getting back on track means getting back on the top of the world and gaining back the respect of other teams to take them seriously. But then again, the lost respect is why the Patriots thrive. Brady and Belichick make the team go as they have for as long as we've known them. Other teams do have certain advantages over the Patriots, but they have never had a nucleus as strong as what this team has had. You can scare the Pats, but they won't flinch. You can push the Pats, but they won't fall. You can down the Pats, but they go down fighting. Keep in mind the health, chemistry and the talent as the season goes along. No one here panics, cries or complains. We just believe that much in our team.

Go Patriots.

I don't want to compare this season to 2011. We lost the Super Bowl in 2011.
