Been thinking that too. I think he's got a pretty good deal.

I just watched it, really cool commerical and yea....thats how you make the easy bucks lmao

Is it 3 seconds?? thought it was shorter than that..

I'd say about 1 billion dollars.

Sadly, it's more than what I made last year for 2000 hours.

Best commercial on TV…even without Brady in it.
I also like the new Samsung Galaxy commercial with all the people lined up outside the Apple Store for the Iphone 5 launch.
I am sure Brady got paid a few million because he was also at the MLB all star game to advertise it…and they probably have him in other commercials that have yet to be shown…likely waiting for mid-season football.

This is obviously comparing Apples to Moorocks but I know someone who worked on the Tyler Seguin Dunkin Donuts endorsement contract...60k to do two spots and appear on billboards. You've got to figure Brady probably pulled in about 250k given his status.

Money for nuthin' and chicks for free!

I think he narrates it too. At least it sounds like him.

My first car was a 71 Dodge Dart Swinger. Looked like $&%# ran like a charm. You couldn't abuse that slant 6 engine enough to make it not work...great engine in those things at the time. Not a power house, the thing just never quit.

Yeah, but he is even humbled by his wife's endorsement deals.

Celebrities at Brady's level don't get out of bed for $250,000. Put it this way. no offense, but I had to Google "Tyler Seguin" to find out who he was (and I do watch Hockey from time to time). When I did, I saw that I got 1,760,000 hits. When I google Tom Brady just for fun, I get 52,600,000 hits. My wife knows who Tom Brady is. Every kid in my children's classes know who Tom Brady is, even if their parents and they are egg-sucking Jets or Giants fans. My 92 year old mother in Pennsylvania, knows who Tom Brady it. My sister in law in California knows who Tom Brady is. I didn't even know how to spell Tyler Sequin's name.

That sounds like a local campaign for the Boston area with billboard backup for a guy presumably with local popularity or popularity among the relatively small audience for NHL hockey. This is a national campaign (yep, we see it down here in New York and quite often) with a global celebrity that clocks six figures for thirty seconds in prime time. His agent wouldn't let Brady sign a contract for less than seven figures because it would devalue his coin.

I liked it until I checked out the specs on the Dart. Standard models 160 HP, R/T is 184 HP. They put all this hype into track testing and adding performance in the commercial, but they give you this:

From Road & Track:

The 2.0-liter equipped Dart ran 17.3 seconds at 81.4 mph, and combined with its 0-60 mph time (9.9 sec) that would have earned it a spot in our list of slowest car tested during 2011.

DOH!!! :ugh:
