Considering 4G is mostly faster than wifi it wouldn't surprise me if people don't even end up using it over time.
Huh? Cellular is not faster than Wifi.. Unless you out of range of the wifi.. Typically corporate wifi is multiple times faster than 4g
here is an article showing fastest d/l.. its 9mbs.. Home or corporate is 2x or up to 10 times as fast
3G and 4G Wireless Speed Showdown: Which Networks Are Fastest? | PCWorld
BTW wifi was okay to update scores and fantasy football but redzone was a no go.. Had an apple and android phone with me..
In theory, 4G LTE can get up to 100 mbps. Maybe someone can run a speed test at Gillette next came to see real world performance on WiFi?

I used it on my iPhone. I was glad to see you didn't have to sign up for anything. Just log into it. I checked out patsfans.com and speed seemed good. I didn't want to spend the game looking at my phone so I didn't really put it through it's paces. Of course people should be aware that it is open and not secure so you are vulnerable to a man in the middle attack. I wouldn't log into anything secure while using it.
Bears repeating.
My brother is CEO of a Manchester NH company that installed the system.
The doofus needs to get his older brother some club tix for a game.
(Bruce, if you read this, I kid. I kid.)

He kids but seriously hook a brother up. I think he should have had you at opening day being one of the guys holding up the tablets for the Promos. Or at least his assistant that needed to carry the bag with the tablets in them.
It's not like the Pats gave him or the company any tickets or special treatment. Just hoping that IF they do, I'm in! I'm the brother who takes his brother to games.
(Bob Kraft, if you read this I'm available for any game before 3 December, otherwise send the jet to Sarasota airport)
Just curious, do you know what vendor they used for the wifi?

Enterasys (formerly known as Cabletron many years ago). Glad to see the Pats went with a very worthy local networking company rather than take the easy choice/safe route (i.e., Cisco).
