Most of us wouldnt have imagined half of these to be 2-0.......... thats the beauty of the NFL

i'd say 3 of those are not elite teams obviously (eagles chargers cards)

but i don't think it's a surpise sd is 2-0...we only had to play oakland and the titans lol

The Pats' supposedly "soft" schedule doesn't look so soft right now. The NFC West looks very strong, with 3 excellent defensive teams in SF-Seattle-Arizona, and St. Louis looking decent. Denver looked decent against the Steelers, and Peyton Manning always plays us tough. Houston and Baltimore are probably our strongest competition in the AFC. And division games are always brutal. Not a cakewalk schedule as things currently stand.

The cards are currently in teh top 5 defensive teams in the nfl, hopefully such games make Josh mcd a better o coordinator

on a different note who wouldve thought that the Saints would be the only 0-2 NFC team

really thought the chargers would find a way to F up one of those games

I fully expect the Cardinals defense to stay there, as well. Go take a look at Seattle's offensive numbers last week vs. AZ to this week against Dallas defense that looks very good on paper, improved their defense from last year, and beat the defending champs last week. Wilson and Lynch both had much better games this week.

The Pats offensive performance was not just crappy play calling by McDaniels -- they were facing a legit defense out there.

I did think they ran up the score towards the end of 4th quarter today

they didn't

anytime sd has a huge lead at the end of the game, and are actually able to run, they'll always go for it on 4th down

they actually ran the ball 12 straight plays to end their drive....that's the definition of NOT running up the score in the nfl, that's the definition of trying to run out a clock

if they went for the fg, they'd be acting like ******* douchebags

here's the drive...look at this beautiful drive and keep in mind this team's oline is ******* garbage at running the ball

San Diego - 9:42
1st-10, SD31 9:42 P. Rivers passed to D. Rosario to the left for 18 yard gain
1st-10, SD49 8:55 J. Battle rushed to the left for 4 yard gain
2nd-6, TEN47 8:13 C. Brinkley rushed up the middle for 7 yard gain
1st-10, TEN40 7:28 J. Battle rushed up the middle for 3 yard gain
2nd-7, TEN37 6:47 C. Brinkley rushed to the right for 5 yard gain
3rd-2, TEN32 6:02 J. Battle rushed up the middle for 8 yard gain
1st-10, TEN24 5:19 J. Battle rushed up the middle for 4 yard gain
2nd-6, TEN20 4:35 C. Brinkley rushed to the right for 1 yard gain
3rd-5, TEN19 3:50 J. Battle rushed to the left for 16 yard gain
1st-3, TEN3 3:03 J. Battle rushed to the right for 2 yard gain
2nd-1, TEN1 2:21 J. Battle rushed to the right for 2 yard loss
3rd-3, TEN3 2:00 J. Battle rushed to the left for 2 yard gain
4th-1, TEN1 1:13 J. Battle rushed to the left for 1 yard touchdown. N. Kaeding made PAT

there is no running up of the score. It's on the D to make stops

i think it's ****ty to pass pass pass when you can just run out the clock to end a game, cause you're risking injury to what's usually the most important player on a team, the qb, and you're not really as efficiently running out a clock
