Thumbs up. I sprang for the full package this morning. Streaming is very good. There are 7 quality settings ranging from 45000>400 Kbps. They are user selectable or you can select "best available" and let the app handle it. For me full screen at 45000 seems to be about 15 fps. Three quarter screen is much better and looks around 25 fps. Screen caps look great.

Cons: No slow motion control. No single frame advance. There are buttons for + or - 10 seconds. I find that by pausing and rapidly double clicking the play/pause button that single frame advance is possible.

Split and quad screen works, but quality takes a big hit and the quality settings are disabled.

You can also watch a condensed version of the game which is snaps and penalties only.

The coach's tape for the Pats game wasn't available yet and probably takes a couple of days to get up. I tried it with the recent DAL/NYG game though. Video format is 4x3 and not hi-def. There is no audio and it's in the condensed game version without penalty calls. It shows two consecutive views of the same play. First it displays the game clock, next is overhead/side and next from the end zone. Video quality is certainly good enough to see what's going on. It's kind of cool.

Rewind is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Bought it for mrs. pfip so we can do something together.

I'm watching the Pats this year with it (first time). The games weren't up at midnight EDT last night as promised, but I assume that was due to first-game hiccups.

I caught some of the game this morning. Looks great! Looking forward to watching the whole thing tonight and then the All-22 footage later this week.

Regards,
Chris

sounds exactly like the preseason package, which I liked.

But that was live and this isn't, so... not buying.

Flawless on my tablet, crisp picture on Wifi and/or 3G.
Worth every penny (i work sometimes on Sundays), soon one day, NFL Sunday Ticket will be sold same way, once DirectTV loses the exclusivity.

Looks great, can't argue with the results - looks like the coach's film won't be available until Wednesday, IIRC. Once available, it's going to let you save and mark up images in the coach's film, as well as save clips.

I just signed up for it too, since I travel a lot can can't always watch the games. So far, one day in, I'm hooked. Fantastic on both my Macbook and my iPad.

I even spent some time watching the Carolina-Pats Super Bowl, just to remind myself what it feels like to be the fan of the champs. :)

I did the same thing last night...only because they hadn't posted the game when promised.

Lots of fun watching Rodney play backstop. Pity the WR (like Proehl) who came across the middle.

Regards,
Chris

Coaches film for Cowboys/Giants is up, so this is a preview of what to expect:

The video quality on the coaches' film kinda sucks, but I'll still take it. Quality is excellent on the broadcast footage, and I really liked the condensed version as well. Was able to rewatch the full Patriots game in a little under 30 minutes

I like it, I like it a lot. I opted for the 39.99 package, because the coach film is not a big factor for me and if the pats make it to the playoffs, their games will be on t.v. and I can dvr that.

I don't know much about the NFL Sunday Ticket but I can rewatch every single game of the season over and over again, and that's awesome. Does the Sunday Ticket allow you to do that? You can see the stats, they give you a play by play description for every play that you can click so as to watch that play; not being able to watch games live is hardly a downer considering the price. Plus, did I mention you can rewatch all the games an infinite amount of times?

Thank you!

I was in the UK for the pre-season and was bummed that the NFL wouldn't sell a pre-season-only streaming package there. Now I'm back in the U.S. and can watch the games live, but don't have a DVR. This sounds perfect -- and the coaches' tape as well!

Are they paying you commission?

Yes. They wanted to send me a new book called, "Words Of Wisdom By Mark Sanchez", but it wouldn't register on their postal scale.

I'm thrilled to be able to watch any game at any time, (except when it's live), all year long.

Oh yes, I heard about that. I think it's in the series with "Kiss My Rings!" (Rex Ryan), "This Time It's Different" (Antonio Cromartie) and "The League of Gentlemen" (The Jets Fans). Great books all!

Actually, I believe there is a referral program. Since Frezo started this thread, contact him via PM so he can get a referral perk.

If you want the Season Pass and want to save $10.01, sign up for Game Rewind Season for $39.99 and then upgrade to the Season Pass for only $19.99 more. (Total cost $59.98 instead of $69.99)

Give this link a shot. Should offer free access through the 17th which includes access to all of the week 1 action.

Regards,
Chris (subscriber this year)

Great thing to have this year. Keep up with all the games and see the pats anywhere.

Might want to reconsider.

With rewind last year, it's amazing how many games and other games were watched and rewatched.

This is my 3rd time purchasing this product

Can't beat it!

With all the new subscripts they get, they should use the funds to pay the refs what they want
