I really hope this injury doesn't nag on like last year's, I reall do.

Re: Injury report

1. I love having CB depth this year. Moore and Dennard can both be out and we still have Cole as our dime back.

2. I wonder how long it will take until fans become irritated with Vereen. Demarco Murrays play won't help. Bolden as the backup Sunday I guess.

Im still worried about Vollmer.

Re: Injury report

No Brady Probable with shoulder? It just doesn't seem the same.

Re: Injury report

I'll be worried about Seabass every game this season.

Moore has looked horrible this preseason and shaky last season.....I am NOT confident when he is out there......

Re: Injury report

ya, its upsetting that vereen is already picking up where he ended last year....injured...im guessing we will see alot of Ridley/woodhead in the running game...maybe some Bolden on sunday

Yes sir.....LOTS of Ridley as primary back and some Bolden now that Vereen is out.....Woody coming in on 3rd down situations and occas running plays.....Lets hope the OL can get it going

Vereen was suppose to be the "feature back", when we drafted him, ahead of Ridley. Luckily, Pats have 3 RBs (Ridley, Bolden, Woodhead) to fill in his shoes...

Re: Injury report

Over the course of the season I think Vereen will take a bigger and bigger role, he's going to be a stud when healthy.

Vereen needs to get on the field and play. I see this as a great chance for Bolden to show BB what he can do. If he shows he can catch passes and pick up the blitz. I see alot of DNP'S for Vereen

Some bodies can't handle NFL contact and stay healthy. Right now the available evidence warrants calm concern. Sample size is way too small as yet to draw any conclusions.

So based on this, I'm going to predict the gameday inactives as:

Vereen
Moore
Dennard
McDonald
Forston
Francis

On the other hand, we do have the facts that Vereen is a solidly built 5'10" 210, strong as an ox, and in college had 556 carries, 74 receptions, and 26 kick and punt returns without ever missing a game due to injury.

All of that encourages me that what we've seen so far in the NFL is probably just bad luck.

Man, this place is slipping...... 18 posts and no

People need to round into regular season form!

I'll predict the gameday inactives as:

Vereen
McDonald
Forston
Bequette
Francis
Dennard
Moore
