Darn, a sudden turn around, the Jets are now the favorites in the AFC East

I would have given literally ANYTHING to have seen Santonio Holmes at a leadership conference...that's like Osama Bin Laden doing a 2 year Mormon missionary stint

Tone would want ALL the Tootie Fruity, he wouldn't want to share.

The Green Beans make a better sitcom than football team. Each week they come up with fresh material.

That leadership conference just proves that the Jets are just doing whatever is necessary to turn themselves into the kind of team they can be proud of. In other words they want to become Patriots. :D

Wiggy was dogging this hard on the air today. saying this is something companies do to act more like a "team" and that it is crazy to think a "team" does this. Isn't it Rex's job to bring the team together and he just farms it out.

How perfect is this? The link to the Jets going to a leadership conference triggered the spam danger warning on my security and firewall software. It's like my computer is protecting me from getting infected with Jets disease.

I am not afraid. What's the worst that can happen? Will I find myself unable to control the urge to throw someone close to me under a bus? Will I declare that I guarantee my team will win the Super Bowl? Will I sire 11 children out of wedlock by 8 women? (Yeah, like that is going to happen.) Will I develop an obsession with my feet?

A Leadership Thing.
Won't assist the Jets even sniffing the endzone.

You can't teach someone to be a leader. It's natural born ability.

The Patriots are a 53 man leadership team.

The Jets buy a leadership training program for 19 of their "leaders". What does that tell the other 34 players?

Nothing sums up the difference between the two cultures more than that.

I think it speaks volumes about their value to the JESTS.

Morons. the lot of them.

What an inspiring team-building experience it would be for 11 employees to come together, support one another, and work as one to score a touchdown against an NFL defense. Maybe they should try that?
