I would like to seee both Hoyer and Mallet get reps against the Eagles first teamers.

DeMarco Ryans said the Eagles were installing a gameplan for this game.

I would like the first team D match up aginst the Eagle starters and start the first serios of the 2nd half (practice making halftime adjustments to get ready for reg season)

This will take the place of the 3rd PS game since we don't have the time for a full dress rehearsal fro TB of the Giants due to the compression of the schedule.

This makes sense. Reid and BB are good friends. It didn't make sense for Reid to play his starters into the 3rd quarter and we don't. It wouldn't be a good teaching or evaluation period for either team. Its much more likely that they would mutually agree to play our best against there best for a similar time frame.
