The hard-nosed Bear D? Nope 40

The lightning fast Colts? Nope only 25!!! (though 6 in the playoffs)

The upstart Saints? Nope 38

Yes, it's true, our hometown heroes, the Patriots have the most sacks of the remaining squads with 44. So you can chuckle to yourself every time you hear people worry about how are the poor little Pats going to stop Freeny and Mathis, since you'll not once hear about how are the Colts going to stop our rush.

I love cold hard football facts....they provide useful statistics, where many "official" stats are useless.

This cant be right, because sack totals are the only thing that tell you a defense is good. How can all of the top sack teams be sitting home? Damn experts.

Another thing is the idea that dominating RBs are what wins games.
How many of the top 10 rushers are still playing?
Of course WRs think they are all that matters. How many 'great, big mouth WRs' are still playing.

In their defense--sort of--how many opportunities did they really have to rush the passer? When you give up 5.3 YPC on the ground, who's gonna bother throwing?

WOW.

I knew the Colt Defense wasn't very good but only 25 sacks? That was what Dungey's "midget Defense" was supposed to do. Small fast players to harass the passer was the theory of the Dingy D. Sacrifice size, for speed & pressure. Now they have no size, no speed, and no pressure.

What a severe burden that places on Manning...
...having to carry all those heavy buckets of cash home, that could have purchased some defensive players.

Boo Hoo..
:bricks:

That's awesome, I didn't realize that... I am personally tired of hearing that this is the Colts year, the "football gods" favor them, the stars have finally aligned for the Colts, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Spare me.... ******* Marino picked the Colts, AGAIN, lol, so you know that Pats are going to win...

According to Schefter on NFL Network Freeney and Mathis are 12 foot tall gridiron warriors who **** lighting bolts and piss fire and couldn't be blocked by a battalion of marines. (((SIGH)))

Of course he said the same thing about Juice and Phillips last week.

"Juice," heh, I like that! Especially fitting label for a cheater when you consider the ignominity fallen upon the original wearer of the nickname...
