If (when) the Patriots make the Super Bowl this year I think the walk out music for the Pats should be "Heavy" by Brandon Lloyd. Get up on my level.

no offense...but a stupid thread

How about no.

I know it's a stupid thread, but hey, its the off season. I just think it would be cool if the walkout music was by an actual player on the team.

It'd be cool if they walked out to a good song, too.

I really do not care, but...

I had to look up "Heavy" and "Brandon Lloyd" on you tube to hear it. Personally I'd rather they used music.

If they walk away with the Lombardi in SB XLVII, than this team can walk out to a Michael Bolton tune and I won't give a damn :).

They've lost the last 2 Super Bowls walking out to Crazy Train, so if they make it again I will shudder if I hear the words "All Aboard" when the Pats run onto the field.

That being said, a good rock tune is the best thing to come out to. A few choices:

Aerosmith: Back in the Saddle - considering they are a Boston band and it has a great opening this may be the best bet

the Who: Baba O'Reilly - maybe the best opening to any song ever

U2: Where the Streets Have No Name - epic

No votes for Sweet Caroline?

The Who 5:15. (OK, maybe not:))

As a Giants fan I would love to see another superbowl rematch between the Patriots and Giants. The past two games easily provided the most memorable sporting moments in my life. I think both the Patriots and Giants have a great chance to make it back to the big dance this year.

Considering that it would be their sixth trip to the SB in 12 years, I think it's safe to say that the Pats would kind of have the whole "walking out" onto the field thing down pretty well and wouldn't need much help from the music.

Now, if you can come up with a tune that would get them to "walk off" the field 4--2 and not 3--3 in those six games, that would be worth a thread. ;)

Yes, yes, and yes. Something about that song gives me goosebumps when you use it for an NFL game as big as the Super Bowl.

I don't mean to discriminate but-

Get Out. ;)

Dude. Ellie QB. Bad enough that your middle sentence actually made me want to throw my cat across the room, but referring to the Super Bowl as "the big dance"? Really? The big (f'n) dance??!!

The only dancing I ever want to see a Manning do is on SNL, alright? Got it?

Ah...sorry for the cold reception man. Ellie brings out the worst in me.
