Nick Harper cornerback of the Colts is saying that the Colts D is in Brady's head since he threw 4 alleged picks against them last time the teams played.

What Harper has failed to mention or failed to watch film on is that the Colts received 2 or 3 of those 4 interceptions on 'tipped passes' which were made by Brown and Watson I believe,The stats on interceptions are misleading especially in that game because of the tipped passes which found their way into the Colts hands.

Things aren't likely to go this way again especially since Gaffney is now here and Caldwell has found some rhythm and Brady is more conmfortable and not trying too hard to complete passes as he was in the first metting this year.

Don't expect too many forced throws this time and if Indy wants to brag about interceptions let them be because they were in position to grab it and causing Brady pressure,Not becasue they were lucky to get a tip job right in their pocket.

Hey, its a stat that makes them look superior to their opponent, just like the 1 yard TD passes Peytie throws all the time.

since the Colts have the better stats, there is no need to play the game, just give us the Lamar Hunt trophy, its our turn to have it.....

So your gameplan would be to ram it up the middle over and over once you get inside the 5? Throwing "1 yard TD passes" is nothing to scoff at. Brady does it all the time. The important thing is to get the team into the endzone.

This is GREAT news!

Finally one of the Colts is stupid enough to rattle the Pats cage...

They'll be doing the Dwight Freeney sack dance on the Colts logo after this one!

Kevin Faulk also had a pass tip off his hands on the final drive, it went up into the air and into the arms of one of the most overrated players in the NFL (Cato June).

The thing that entertains me about the Colts is it is never their good players that say anything. Remember 2003, when Marcus Pollard said "we're playing so well you might as well give us the rings now." He sucked and continues to suck. Harper is an OK #2 corner at best. Why don't the good players ever say anything?

The first two Brady INTs were just bad decisions and 100% Bradys fault. The two second half ones were just 0% Bradys fault.

Who are they gonna put Harper on, Caldwell or Gaffney?

Mike Doss is on ESPN news I heard or soon anyways.

Great, the more Colts they interview, the better the chance that someone runs their mouth.

Still, I think Tom would be wise to throw away from Harper as much as possible.

Even though those passes were tipped you guys may want to watch out for our Defense...were really hot right now and i hope you guys get crushed. Sanders is back and expect some INT from him.

P.S.

CATO JUNE IS NOT OVERRATED...learn what overrated means first then talk.

LOL, Colts troll here. Hey, at least he's trying.

Not only that Jason David, the Colts CB who is one of the worst DBs in the league is going to be on Rome is Burning tommorow. Normally I don't watch Jim Rome for any reason, but I may have to make an exception tommorow...

I knowq what OVER-RATED means and I can tell you that COLTS FANS over-rate MOST Colt players. Cato June is an above avg. LB. Nick Harper is an above average CB.

Brady and his receivers had a bad game the last time you played them.

Instead of trolling, I suggest you go back to whatever hole you came out of and worry about Peyton Manning throwing up another lame duck game.

When Sanders gets an other INT it will be # 3 in his entire NFL career!

And Cato June is very good as a OLB pass defender; he should be since he would be a Safety on any other team in the league and not be trying to impersonate a LB at his 220 # (maybe) soaking wet. That is the position he played in college, and would do so for any reaonable Defense...

But if Mathis can play DE at 230#, why not LB for Cato at 220? And of course SS for someone else at 5'6' and 180 #s?

It is almost symetrical.

Too be sure there have been great teams with players that size ... too bad the last one played in the late '30s right before WWII... :singing:

On Sportscenter, the reporter who was giving an update on the Patriots said that "word spread quickly through the locker room" about Harper's comments. So the team knows what he said, not that there was any doubt they wouldn't.

how great would it be if we beat the jets, chargers, won an afc title at indy and won a SB title in miami???? oh that would be sweet

I'm always skeptical of teams that need "locker room material" to get mentally prepared for a game.

Maybe in jr high or high school.... maybe.

But at this level?

If the Pats are relying on "locker room material", this game is already lost.

I don't think "need" and "relying" are the right words, but you've had your head in the sand for ~6 years if you don't think the Patriots feast on locker room material. Maybe it doesn't really affect their preparation/performance, but they absolutely devour it.

The only playoff game I can remember that was devoid of bulletin-board material from the opposing side was....Denver last year. Shanahan likes to kill teams with kindness.
