Toxic Club house

I think it's overblown a bit. I think there is resentment regarding last year and Theo by several vets. somehow they need to move Youk, Beckett, Lester by next year if possible. With 7 million left to pay Youk will go soon but the other 2 will require giving up prospects along with them.

you really think the redsox will have to give up prospects to trade beckett or lester? i dont see that at all. there will be plenty of interest in both of those guys if the sox decide to trade them. if there are prospects invloved the redsox will be getting them in return.

It was obvious some time ago, understated or not that the club house was broken. I'm moving toward the theory that I would like players (and plenty of them) moved on for the simple regeneration of talent.

I could see dealing Beckett, but you don't give up prospects to do it. You deal him at a time when you have leverage and you get something in return.

Lester? that would be a poor decision. the guy has been inconsistent, but he's still young, and it's not as if the Sox have a wealth of pitching.

red sox are chewing a ****load of salary if they trade beckett.

Then you dont trade him, Id only trade him if we could get an equal pitcher back, hard to do but maybe some team that has a decent pitcher up for free agency after this year would take Beckett since hes signed for more years, then the Sox could go out and get a free agent next year with the money saved, or maybe a three way deal. Becketts a 10-5 guy so you also have that to deal with.
I personally think most of this "toxic" clubhouse stuff is just vets used to Tito and not adjusting to Bobby V well, too freaking bad for them.
