It's the same thing as saying there was a murder in Foxboro but an anonymous source was unable to confirm which Patriot players, if any, could possibly have been involved.

Aspen police confirmed to the Post that there was a record of a “lecture and release” incident at the same restaurant Friday night, but they did not confirm whether that was the incident that involved Welker's party.
