they get 3 for homefield. it's even.

Tom's... good point, except we are playing it in their stadium.

Though truth be told, I'm not sure I wouldn't rather play on the road this year. If NE had a New Orleans style hurricane, we might have been 16-0.

Facetiously,

That still makes us the underdog!! Pats love upsetting people. Go ahead keep underestimating this team. Disrespect has been officially served! :p

This is total disrespect. It's practically saying that Adam V will win the game for the Colts. They are rubbing it in. Go Pats. Fight Fight Fight.:rocker:

Quoting this because nobody seems to understand it. When they make the line they automatically give 3 points to the home team if it looks like a close game. This line tells us that, as far as gambling is concerned, it's a perfectly even game.

And the ESPN "experts" will favor Indy 10 to 1.

For sure. But, to put it into perspective: like the MSNBC and other media hoards, they just want to pump up some juice for this game. Face it, the Pats have owned the Colts in the playoffs. If anybody is going to get excited about this game one has to push the "new improved Venitieri-factor Colts" to generate popular interest. I'm sure they'll be talking about the new "killer D" of the Colts, too.

Showbiz, for them.

Huh, which would hurt the opposing team worse... Adam and leave, Colts winning, or Stephen and Leave 'em, for us to win?

Yeh, aren't these the same "experts" that were ALL so sure that Ohio State was going to clean Florida's clock in the BCS Championship Game? Well, "experts", we all saw how that prediction turned out, didn't we?

I'm surprised they aren't favored by more. They just beat the best defense in the league by more than 3. On the road.

Hey, it's not like they were alone.
