Joe McKnight, crappy backup RB, has a strict diet in the offseason to improve his conditioning...by eating McDonald's every night and gaining 15 pounds.Details to follow.

This is insane. McDonald's is fat-infused nutrition-free garbage. He probably gained 15 pounds of fat, like that guy in the film "Super-Size Me." His cholesterol and blood lipids are probably off the charts. A heart-attack waiting for training camp.

I think McKnights role model is Jabba the Gut, not Tebowe

It's not training camp until Joe McKnight's puking.

All the Jets need are players with more name recognition.

Joe might never make it to the Pro Bowl but here is a superstar football jersey he deserves to wear

Lets go get a god damned snack

Jets rotting? Let me count the ways...inside out, outside in, top to bottom, bottom to top, termites drool at the mere mention of the owner's first name, from the top of their big mouthed head, to the tips of their very smelly, cherished by Rex Lax feet. It's all good, the Meadowlands have smelled rotten for many years now. It's all good as long as they rot, thank you!

This place needs to be renamed ArgumentFans. Every single thread turns into a long winded argument, generally to include 78 posts of stats and counter arguments from a poster called Andy. That said, an argument over a Morgan Spurlock film in a Jets thread would deserve some kind of forum award.

It's a thread started in regards to the Jets. With that in mind, why WOULDN'T you expect the thread to devolve into pure, unadulterated garbage?

McKnight has always been a model of perfect conditioning. 15lbs of fat won't affect him much.

BTW, today is the pretrial hearing for the Jets' 2011 third round pick for malicious wounding which could either send him to jail or get him deported before the camp even starts.

I think he is pleading for leniency on the rounds he really, really wanted to be a Jet so he had to get publicity for doing something stupid to get them to draft him.

Lets just pray he gets life and Dennard walks free.

or something like that.

Ooops....

Jets DT Kenrick Ellis is expected to serve 90 days in jail after agreeing to plead guilty in exchange for a reduced charge of misdemeanor assault and battery.

Ellis was originally charged with malicious wounding after breaking the jaw and nose of a man during an altercation on the Hampton (Va.) University campus. A native of Jamaica, Ellis will avoid deportation after agreeing to the plea. He would miss training camp and return in late August if he serves the full 90 day sentence. May 17 - 4:12 PM

He and Rolando McCLain can swap stories:

McClain was found guilty on all charges in the trial stemming from his December assault on an Alabama man and Michael Casagrande of the Decatur Daily reports that he has been sentenced to 180 days in jail as a result. McClain had been charged with third-degree assault, reckless endangerment, menacing, and unlawful discharge of a firearm, all of which are misdemeanor charges and McClain was sentenced to 45 days in jail for each charge.
