After the Chargers game, I thought yes, but now I'm not so sure. What do you think?

at most I think Indy may score, but I don't think they can stop the Pats

I think that we BEAT the Chargers but they f'ed up an awful lot and if Peyton doesnt F up a lot then this will problably be a bit tougher a game.

It is never easy with Indy. Even the times that NE won in the playoffs, Indy was still within striking distance late in the game.

I don't know that 20-3 was an asskicking even though though were driving

You know what you're predicting here, don't you? If you're right, and unless the NFC contender pulls off a "St. Louis Cardinals", should be #4. I don't predict, rather, I take one play at a time. Hope you're right though.

I don't know if it will be easier but I can tell you this...

The coaching staff will have them ready to play 60 minutes of playoff football. Not 10 minutes here, 2 minutes there. 60 minutes.

Rivers was basically what most of us thought he was. He did nothing in the second half when his team needed him most. They weren't running the football for whatever reason and Rivers went MIA. If Peyton is on, which I think he will be, the Colts will have a better chance to win the football game.

What did we think Rivers was, a punk?

Other than a crybaby..

A rookie QB who can't make the throws when he has to

Manning will choke faster than Rosie O'donell with a footlong/

a lot tougher..iam surprised we are only +3 underdogs in this game

Unless Peyton is able to drive the field every single time they get the ball (and he won't, we did a fine job during the regular season), I don't see how it could possibly be harder than it was against the Chargers. Who even watched the game, we got our butts kicked up and down the field; we won because we made it work when we had to.

Name a game against the Colts where Peyton had to drive down the field every time to beat NE?

Um, I can't. Why?

I think you misread my post (it was worded badly). My point was that there's no way we can have a harder game than we did last Sunday, we got smashed up and down the field, a defence that was JUST good enough was the only thing that kept us in it. I'm saying the only way it could be harder against the Colts is if the defence can't even do that.

Also, your post wasn't a question.

If anyone picks 'no' here, they are picking Indy to win. There's no way they could have a more difficult time with Indy than SD and still win.

but I wouldn't compare Indy's D with SD. Even if they have played better.

playoffs are about QB's ..manning is better than rivers inspite of his struggles so this has to be a tougher game...he is not going to see something which rivers got confused by...plus this is like a div game with not much to hide between them so i expect it to be the toughest game yet

The Chargers are the better team. They just are. They're a tougher, stronger team but still fast. The difference, though, is the Colts will execute better. So the Patriots need to play better. If we play poorly the Colts will take better advantage of it.

I'll say one thing - I'd prefer to be playing @Indy than @SD this week.

they werent good in week 9 either when we were coming after blowing out minnesota so it doesnt mean much IMO
