Is it just me..or does he say crazy ****...most of the time?

it's like the cross between a 13 year old girl and an emo

Combine this issue and his contract status, and enter Hightower.

No offense, but people overanalyze players' Twitter accounts far too much.

Spikes sparks up social media chatter - New England Patriots Blog - ESPN Boston

I just kind of say what's on my mind. Some stuff, you can't really look all into it. I know people get mad at me when I put Lakers stuff up, but I've been a Lakers fan for years, so it's no disrespect. I know the fans here are pretty tough, but I kind of like it, and they get a kick out of it, too. So it's cool. ... I like to play around. I have a decent sense of humor, and stuff like that. That's why I say, don't read too much into it.

All i said was he posts crazy ****...not lets cut him over twitter

Wasn't directing the post as you. This thread was already starting to head down the Spikes' Twitter account is the reason why the Pats' drafted Hightower path. I was kinda putting a pre-emptive strike.

Who's more foolish? The fool or the fool who follows him?

When the whole chat roulette thing popped up, people were actually worried the NFL would step in or that he'd be cut.

Yet when Rex Ryan's "alt" page popped up, you didn't hear anyone worry about him losing his job.

Is it not the case that:

  • Spikes was the boyfriend of one of Doc Rivers' daughters?
  • Spikes had a sex tape out?

What's up with that juxtaposition?

For me , Spikes is expendable, IMHO.

Everyone is expendable. But that being said, thank God you are not in a position of authority within the organization.

With Hightower and the injuryproness that Spikes had shown , plus the fact that Wilfork and Mayo are beasts against the run... I dont like it.

Mayo is just as injury prone, and Spikes is much better against the run.
