I can see the Celts going to the finals. Only team that can stop them is MIA, and they're still as flaky as always. I like our chances.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Before the series, I would picked the Bruins to go 4-1 against the Caps. Atlanta isn't an easy out.

We also have our own injury problems.
Ray Allen reportedly got a cortizone shot in his ankle for his bone spurs, and that means that'll flare up somewhere mid-playoffs.

hes going to have surgery on that ankle when the season is over. the bright side for the celtics is they have played there best basketball without ray allen in the line up thanks to avery bradley.

They could've used Ray's shooting as they've been abysmal so far in game 1 which they're very likely losing.
Atlanta is a streaky team, so it remains to be seen how they're shooting percentages will carry through to the next game.

Patriots lost.
Bruins lost.
Celtics possibly losing in a rather ignominious manner because of a fatuous decision on Rondo's part.

What a year...
I did not include the Red Sox as I loathe baseball.

Has been a pretty ****ty year...

Yeah C's aren't winning this series...early exit for them. All becasue they didn't want to show up for game 1 and rondo acts like he is a 17 yr old *****

Well the Celtics have now created a chance for themselves, and with Josh Smith being diagnosed with a knee sprain, this might offset the Ray Allen absence.

In any event, let's see if the Celtics build off of this win, and a big kudos to Pierce et al for their efforts tonight. Oh, and they still can't rebound for ****...

How bad are you that you can't beat the C's without Rondo and Allen. Man Atlanta..

Tonight I was thinking for a while, how bad are the C's that they can't easily beat a Hawks team without Josh Smith/Pachulia.

This team is immensely frustrating to watch, specifically because they have close to zero inside presence which makes them effectively a jump shooting team at times.
